Yes, shoe insoles & inserts maded today far exceed the old drugstore version or even most shoe manufacturer's product. Definitely worth exploring if your on your feet all day (whether work or play), involved in sports, and/or have foot pain conditions.

Great video, I never knew these existed (but ok I'm a newby). I guess they weigh next to nothing, so it's easy to bring some just in case your shoe or boot isn't every bit as good as you thought it would be.

I use superfeet the orange one, most insoles from rockport timperlands are shite compared to them.
