However, for the price spent on a Ferrari, one can get much more performance if its spent elsewhere; specifically on a JDM chassis. Most quick cars could stay with a Ferrari on the road, because it's a road; there's only so much of it. @eautocad 458 has the highest specific output in an NA engine. It is a high strung car built for ultimate performance not for reliability. A few of them burnt, oh well, they got that fixed now. If you want reliable, get a corolla! Performance built cars break down often, period! Ever watch F1, Nascar, drag racing? How reliable are they?

But- to make a car that performs just as well as your $200k ego booster that won't catch on fire, and can be driven daily and still get 20+ MPG while putting down 500+ AWHP -- that to me is by far superior craftsmanship, engineering, and just a better car all together.

@fatenkamal I have driven one (actually 10+ in the past year alone), and frankly I couldn't wait to get back into my Subaru every time. All Ferrari's have horrible blind spots, and feel like I'm driving an old school caprice on steroids. They are huge and overpriced. One time I drove our Sebring convertible to a Ferrari media event and honestly, when I drove the Ferrari it felt the same as the sebring-- just tighter. Big, boaty, and bloated-- no thanks.
