If you know anyone who's been on probation, you'll know its pretty strict. The deal is, you've avoided the clink but if you so much as drop a bit of litter in the duration of the probation period, you go straight to jail, do not pass go, do not collect 200 pounds. Headbutts on live TV = no surprise. Great character, big Dunc, but never a genius.
