You can purchase land thru certain Governmet agencies soooooo very cheap. All these real estate agencies such as this one pretty much buys it from the Government and resells at a huge return. Do yourself a favor and check for yourselves. I'll try and do some digging and find the website again if someone reminds me. I had parcels of land in Idaho thru the Government priced at 300 an acre.

how much does it cost to rent a house? maybe two bedrooms? anywhere out there. I don't want to buy land but maybe rent from someone out there or maybe a farm that is hiring. I'm a female with two children. Maybe it matters but I'm black as well. (I'll bet that a NO go situation there) lol thanks anyways
