There would be no Geneva infraction as they are not protected, no matter what this man child says.

No one wants to "protect" terrorists. We SHOULD, however, protect the Constitution. You can put criminals in jail without sacrificing the basic principles of freedom (fair trials, etc.) that are supposed to make this country great.

I thought the point was to protect the consitution not destroy it. Every man deserves rights regardless. Obama is correct. Before you answer with no terrorist attacks since 9/11 and I reply with we where never successfuly attacked befor 9/11 and you say that was Bill Clinton and I say Bill Clinton wasn't in office when the report saying Al Queda planning on hijacking airplanes and flying them into twin towers was put on the Presidents desk. Why two wars 5000 American deaths, no Bin Laden?
