This is unfortunate, I am a friend of Jules, and we simply cannot allow this to happen. If this sets precedent we will have another right exterminated.All of you need to contact the judge and demand his release. I will be contacting them and advising that we will be conviening a county grand jury containing 25 sovereign electors to review the actions of this judge and if we find him outside his authority we will arrest his bond and issue a true bill. ok, first the constitution does not give rights to people, it only reaffirms those pre-existing rights, secondly there was no injured party therefore terms of some contract must have been broken, if no contract exists and no injured party exists then this judge is acting out of office and is liable, make a claim against his bond with the bonding agency, stop beating around the bush and yank the bond, after that he(the judge) can not obtain public office again

Typical of power-hungry, insecure, miserable, control-freaks that see themselves above the Constitution or ANY other authority. Imagine him handing out judgements everyday and suddenly some guys show up teaching jurors what they should have been made aware of prior to handing out any verdict.. An educated and aware jury may decide the law does not work in a particular situation. This judge is disgraceful and he shames Florida. SCARY THOUGHT: Fl executes alot of people.

I get this video. I have googled the guys names and the judges. There is stuff all over the Internet and YouTube about these guys. Wow! So, it looks like for years now these guys at different courthouse have been passing out jury rights brochures which can be found at fija.org. Heiklen has been arrested many times and jailed. The group does not target anyone specifically, they just show up and hand this info out to anyone, even cops and attorneys. This is a first amendment right and I do not k

We hand these flyers out all over florida. I myself did this in Tampa outside both the Federal and local court house and as long as we didn't block movement in and out of the courthouse and handed the flyers outside the courthouse, there was no issue.

The Law is NOT clear on this matter. Its purely up to the local powers political bias.

155 days for what? what did these papers say on them? Please tell me they are not being held in contempt for passing out paper that says only "Jury Info". Contempt is a MF. there really is no way around it, if the judge decides he wants to hold you in contempt, then so be it. It is quite the opposite of the fair trial and due process which a judge is supposed to stand for. I have been threatened with contempt several times, and they always get the same response "Lets see what good that does?"

What was the charge? Jury tampering? That would not be protected under the constitution since it would violate the constitutional rights of the litigants.

How they would get that message out is they would sue the federal govt to require it properly educate all jurors about that fact. You sue the federal govt.
