One of the few things that we should expect our State Governments to do is look to the future and make plans to supply the needs of the State. Things like `WATER'. However the nut cases that run California have done nothing. Their system was designed for 18 million and now they have double that. No one looked ahead and made preperations.

The Feds should be using the Stimulus money to put in pipelines to move water around the nation. When we have a flood Lakes should be pumped to other areas.

I think a better Idea is to move water around the country. Because there is a profit in gasoline we can move it by pipeline from the Ship Channel in Houston all the way to New Jersey. so why don't we move water the same way.

I am not a supporter of Senator Feinstein, however she has a voting record that puts her to the right of her party and she consistently ranks as one of the most conservative Democrats.
