  • wtf man less than 150g carbs??? fuck that shit! i eat 300g carbs and 150g protein everyday, and a lots of fats! i don't even get fat, i stay the same. my bodyfat percentage is 11% i don't eat candies and stuff.

  • so in a regular meal (not when carb cycling ) should a women have like just protein and vegitabels-and no other carbs (complex carbs ..) ? complexd carbs come only after training? (for maximum fastest toning and fat loss)?

  • @arktana Depends on your training intensity, body type and goals. In general women should keep their carbs around 100 or less for cutting and have fruit carbs pre work out and post work out starch sources

  • @OmarIsuf yeah, but you take in those 100 grams around (i take all of it after) the workout,so what about the rest of the day (goals as i specified earlier,not fat ,slow metabolism,training-some weeks a lot,some weeks none....

  • My favorite carbohydrates: rolled oats with milk and raisins (also makes your intestines VERY active), integral pasta, kidney beans, whole grain wheat breads.

  • so what on av im eating around 120-125 g carbs a day so on the small workout days drag it down to 100 then on non workout days drag it down to 50 ????

  • The video is very informative in gaining lean muscles. An efficient diet would absolutely help you in burning fats. I do know a link of a site that gives workout plans in gaining lean muscle and achieve the looks that most guys ever wanted the "Hollywood Look".   • Let's say you consume 24 g of carbs from white rice and 24 g of carbs from brown rice.. (i eat white rice... but 2 TBS/serving... so just less by quantity)

    is there a difference of what type of carbs you eat or are all carbs the same?

  • You may want to make an annotation over the >12% bit because that means greater than.

    <12% means less than, which is what I assume you were going for.

  • @MyMantenna actually it does, the branded name carb cycling just incorporates these elements into a eating system, but this is the foundation for all carb rules to follow. Most people do carb cycling and don't know wtf they are doing and just follow a bland template, this will help you slowly customize it for your body.
