  • Sunlight combined with consuming flax seeds will produce all four types of vitamin D. No need to ever suppliment with foods and drugs.

    Flax seeds provides the best sources of Omega 3 oils that need to be present in your skin's fat cells in order to convert sunlight to all four types of Vitamin D.

    Milk is for losers. don't drink it. milk protein causes cancer. get your sunlight and live long be happy.

  • USDA does not protect the people.. they are paid off. Please investigate Milk - it is the worst thing we can consume. Where did you get your degree?

  • You look really healthy and strong - a perfect example of health - i can take health advice from you, because you obviously practice what you preach .. i cant take health advice from fat, gray looking DRs ;)

  • Just remember Vit D. 3 AKA cholcalciferol is "rat poison".

  • Vitamin D2 is in several foods, but it's a synthetic that can more easily be over-dosed on than D3

  • I would trust several doctors and scientists opinions over the USDA any day!

  • @danmarino1970 I agree referencing USDA as a source, for FACTS. Would be laughable, if not for the fact that they are suppose to protect the people from deceitful and harmful products Corporations try to scam us to make profits. This is what USDA's workers do:

    *Mon, Wed & Frid USDA workers come to work with pillows, used to cushion them when they lay on the table, bentover ready to take it for the right price.

    *Tue & Thurs: They bring knee pads & mouthwash because those 2 days "SUCK"
