With these awards won by the Canucks, how can they not feel optimistic about improving the team and having another go at the Stanley Cup?

well deserved fro Gillis although all 3 candidates were deserving. Nashville being led and groomed up by David from the ground up into the playoff team that they are was a strong candidate and Yzerman, his time will come eventually as he didn't do too much this year (the best moves are some that you don't make). Gillis takes the cake because of the way he prepped for the season and the way he handled depth and injury throughout the whole season. GO NUCKS GO
