Forget she is so beautiful and attractive, she is one of the world's best, top Jazz acoustic piano players. Her improvisations are 2nd to none -unique and strong. They make a statement. Her voice just captivates you. Brazil should be proud, and believe me, so are we. Thank you Eliane Elias for such beautiful music and for those so kind enough to share it with us.
An English speaker probably wouldn't have written lyrics like that - there is so much more romance in latin languages. Such simplicity and so direct. Gorgeous. As for Eliane Elias - what a talented performer she is. I love this. Thanks so much for posting.

Doesn't matter where u r from, when you write a tune in English, it has to follow all the grammar rules corresponding to the language. Where someone is from will have zero impact, native English speaker or not. Besides, you failed to notice, "lives in New York". have a nice day
