  • where did you get this fan?

  • another nice one! i cleaned the blades on one one time and found the brassy tinge was smoke and dirt. what i thought was an aqua-green base was baby blue when cleaned.

  • you should have bought this fan on my birthday! it was 2/21! you were so close!!!

  • i found one identical to yours yesterday while helping a freind clean out an attic!

  • Cool.I found a box fan this weekend like your Arctic Aire but it's labeled Fasco.I tried to comment on your video but it's not working.

  • you should be able to comment? odd! and my Artic Aire 200 box fan that i restored is made by fasco! Artic Aire and Fasco are one in the same!

  • Does it run hot? I saw one at a antique store for 12 dollars in good shape but with a melted cord. It does run. Before I buy I was just wondering if it ran hot? Iam paranoid about that!

  • @Oldfans1 I've got several Knapp Monarchs and none of them run hot. I'm not sure why the cord is melted on that one but it doesn't sound good. The only thing I,ve seen a cord get hot on is an old heater.

  • kid i gotta admit youve got more fans than anyone one i know of, i dont think 1944johndeere has this many

  • Cool fan Log-man!

  • i have a knapp monarch box fan.

  • My first vintage fan was a Jack Frost fan. It's a bit older than yours and is also a non-oscillating fan.

  • nice fan you have been finding a lot of nice ones
