I am an anonymous source but I work somewhere that the today show hires to do audio, and this is 1000 % real. This is what came in through the board from the mic. Beyonce's people payed off people to say this was changed. But the truth is, it's real. Actually most pop stars lip sync, the list is massive and you would be suprised who actually has NO talent, Beyonce can sing, just remember this was 6am in the morning, that takes ALOT of warm up, and she just didnt cut it that morning...

Every pop star does it, it's true. It's also 6am in the morning, this vocal performance takes HOURS of practice, she should be praised for even getting this out!

There is no possible way she could be THAT off pitch. And if you know ANYTHING about lip synching, which I'm guessing you don't, you wouldn't hear this obviously edited voice because she wouldn't be vocalizing AT ALL. That's why it's called LIP synching.
