I love, love, love this video.... I'm 21 years old, and i deal with stress, i have been out of work for months, and i live with a egotistical over bearing and controlling man my (grandfather), i have had a rough childhood and things have happened to me that i still deal with on a daily basis today. Once i feel my stress & anxiety coming on i come on the YT and check you out and im instantly relaxed and none of my problems matter anymore. Thank you so much please keep this going.

I enjoy the salt anatomy concept, i think it adds to the sound and texture of the salt and allows for concentrated relaxation of the said areas, also i appreciate as with most of your videos that yor are always concious that the goal is to destress and you allude to this often.

I passed out due to new situation with Mom and people in the house constantly, woke too early 4 AM. So am sitting here with my Candle and listening to this video. It's perfect, going to go back to bed and leave this on a loop. You are the best, I mean that. xox

I enjoy the salt anatomy concept, i think it adds to the sound and texture of the salt and allows for concentrated relaxation of the said areas, also i appreciate as with most of your videos that yor are always concious that the goal is to destress and you allude to this often.
