I'm American and it sounds a bit more English to me, like a Kiwi accent but I didn't really notice since she only had like a couple lines lol

I'm Australian ... I think the actor must be tying to speak with an aussie accent but over-exaggrating everthing. 'Aussies' on american shows almost never sound real. I've never met anyone who speaks like that. Claire's accent is a real one.

Ps if you want to hear a kiwi accent watch tthe beached whale youtube clip... heh. Sorry kiwis, but new zealand is to australia what canda is to the states :op

Ive met a few Aussies in real life and it's hard to compare them to tv accents since you rarely hear them on tv. Well, to be fair, I don't watch much TV anyway lol... I bet she's really a British actress
