bought this game, really fun, just kind of got old after a while. Started off free fishing on hard on lake fork. First fish was a 13 lb 6 oz largemouth, then a fish or two later I caught a 15lber. Just got too easy. Did the rookie tournaments and won all but one that I came in which was second, 54lb muskie to the other guys 59. Just got a little boring

@HuskerFishing keep playing until you get to legendary...they fight harder than what they do in real life and if you're not set up right in the right spot you aren't going to catch anything its frustrating as hell in the last bass tournament

when i went to catch lou i thought it would be nearly impossible because i have not yet completed legendary so i was limitied to a 30lb test line. but i hooked him at 30 ft and he damn near swam to the boat as i was realing him in. i didnt have any trouble untill about 6ft. lol I would like to see some one real in a 285 lb fish on a 30 lb test

@victoriapetlover after you unlock him its lake minnetonka in free fishing the conditions are morning in autumn...coast around the lake until you find a small fishing spot thats marked blue instead of green thats where monster fish are

the fishing rod controller is flawless nice and strongly built, its 1:1 motion all u need is 2 triple a batteries and ur good to go,it works like the regular 360 wireless controllers do.

i hate how they put more effort in the ps3 than the ps2 because when u catch a fish its all the same. lifting by the mouth or gills from the side of the boat and dont get a very good look at the fish.

@miro995 well i mean real fishing beats gaming anyday but like those days u cant get out but still like fishing its a desent game... most bass games u only catch bass and bluegill... its a big achievement that they made a ps2 game that u can catch 30 species of fish and some u cant catch on any other game... im not saying i love video game fishing and so should u im just standing for my opinion :P

@tracklessgreen the ps3 version comes with a rod.... if you can find the bundle pack. I dont see too many of it around though but i did manage to get one for myself. Very fun game to play if you have the rod.

I got it now m8 but awesome thanks anyway yeah, Youve done a good job catching that with that line your using, I finished all seasons and unlocked the braid 80kg line and it was pretty easy. Gonna be a nightmare for the rest of them though.
