just to let you know on de bunking the trailer a little bit, Roshi NEVER said that mystrics created the dragonballs in the actual movie he said it on the trailer, also goku never said "Im not ready for this" in the movie either, one more point is this when Roshi on the trailer says "Your the only one who can do it" he does NOT say that in the movie he says "Im the only one who can do it" referring to the containment wave to contain Piccolo
Well, i liked almost everything except for the length and the story. They were just trying to implement things into the movie at times when in truth they did not help the story at all. Oozaru was horrible and had an extremely short screen time. I was hoping to give the movie an 8/10, but the lack of a great story has caused me to give it a 5/10.

The earth was almost destroyed in ancient times, according to the trailer so I don't think roshi, shen, grandpa gohan and the rest were alive at that time to be able to have made the dragonballs. Yes, I'm aware roshi drank from the fountain of youth, but I don't think that explains ancient times.
Its the Mafuba wave, not evil containment wave. Why do all these American fans think its called the evil containment wave? Great job noticing Son Gokus Kintoun and space pod crashing.
Mai and Chichi both appear very pretty too. I would not so no to dating them.
Nice except I don't think I agree with your assumption of the nimbus. That looked like a freakin comet, so maybe it was a blast or a pod landed or something. If that's the nimbus, it looks a lot darker than expected.
Also, what do you mean Roshi was healing Goku, the shot you showed was Roshi sealing the bottle after the containment wave.
As for Roshi's blast, it could be like the gust of ki he used to knock Yamcha out of the ring in Dragonball.
i still dont think that was a nimbus and wasnt yamcha's house, im worried about mai shoting goku with a Gun and he gets fuked up BUT all the rest is GG :)
I think it's good that you took the time out to look at the pro's and con's of this movie. It's good that your still a fan and expected to see changes, some good and some bad, and still accept it.
That to me is what a fan is and if only everyone else would take the time to break down the trailer and look at it in parts, they'd expect that this is an adaptation and that it would be a lot better if it wasn't a complete replica of the series.
These are possibilities. I couldn't think of anything else they could be. The house could also be Master Roshi's but I was still hoping for Kame's house.

That was one of my goals. People seem to think this is a bad trailer, but it's one of the best I've seen in a while.
