Any advice

Ive been planting cucumber plants in nc for a while and been very succesful

But in va the first year was good but this year i transplanted them and we just had a lot of rain and now its completely wilting so i thought maybe the soil was bad and i put back it back into big pot with new soil but its only been one day not really any diffirence

Under ideal conditions, it takes about 2 months for them to reach maturity. It'll probably take longer if they don't get plenty of light, are crowded, or you're growing a variety that just isn't suited for your area. A really sunny open plot with good soil and regular watering (try not to water the foliage, just water the ground) should do the job.
