As a dancer and as a ex-burlesque performer I can say this. The men that go into strip clubs don't like the girls to wear costumes (most of them) they want someone who is desperate for money and looks like she does not enjoy what she does. If you look in anyway like you are enjoying yourself they don't want anything to do with you. The girls nowadays are not even real strippers and most of them have no idea how to actually dance. They know how to shake their but and twirl on the pole.

Nowadays the exotic dancers think their boob jobs are enough to earn them money- & totally forgot to invest in their craft by going to dance school... or invest in actual character type costumes that reflect the fantasy of a stripper- such as the nurse, the maid etc- now they wear 2 pieces of material & just bend over. hahahahahahaha

Continued from top: Many dancers I have watched won't even take off their clothes on stage. They go back stage then come out with their clothes off! That's not stripping that's just taking off your clothes! The men can't handle it when you do it slowly cause they want to see it quick. They have not patience and can't handle the tease. Most of them are lonely, desperate and pathetic and can't handle or understand the art of the tease.

@fiendishfeline The best way to describe the perfect striptease would be a woman walks on stage in a three piece suit complete with vest and hat. It takes her five minutes to perform the routine. You see her completely nude no earlier than the 4:50 mark. She is then off the stage by no later than 5:01. The anticipation is what makes it so fun to enjoy.

They would never listen... they don't understand. They are just there for the money and not the fun. It's a different class of people that go to Burlesque Shows!
