It is obvious what he meant after you watch the image. However for anyone looking for an HD quality video this titlte is misleading.

Since you are not so bright either - HD titled youtube vids refers to the video being HD quality not the sound LOL.

If you google the proper definition for the term HD it refers having a high pixel count per frame i.e. enconding of HD 720P, 360P or 1080P to the montion picture.

CD(rip) bitrate is usually at 320 kbps and HD audio is even higher, since youtubes highest bitrate is at around 128 kbps its NOT HD! He can upload HD audio but it would be converted down.
