  • The Queen, Could do more for peace, Than any MP.

  • shameless scrounger! Living off us

  • she is a war cruiminal!

  • 0:03 Mary mcalesse = ass kisser

  • I wonder how many people there could actually understand Irish :P

  • her jewels would look gorjus on coloured hair.. maybe even on kate!

  • It is my life long dream to escort HM The Queen on a fishing boat ride along the Mekong. She and i alone, cheer after cheer to cups of jasmine tea.How joyous and delightful it must be,i and HMajesty,The English Queen..;))))))

  • A true child of nature.I much prefered the eagle's feathers on my hair.

  • Bottom up Your Majesty ! Cheer !

  • fantastic day

  • What a day that was !! - Remember it so well - Fantastic

  • Got a lot of time for the Irish. Yes, neither of us can change history but coming from somebody who regularly makes business visits to Ireland i can certainly say.....you guys are decent drinkers haha! Peace to you guys across the Irish Sea. x

  • Following this speech, Paddy Irish man cleverly locked her in the boot of an Opel Corsa. There, she smeared her shit on the walls and then died, like so many before her.

  • We can work together!

  • im a Derry nationalist, and have a question, Why was the norths leader (Peter Robinson) not at the head table?

  • Give Ireland back to the Irish. Pay reparation to the Protestants the English used to destabilize the indigenous Irish populations. Give Ireland back to Irish> England is responsible for the historical atrocities England's queen acknowledges. Until Ireland is united, should that mean reparations and resettlement of the Protestant populations, England has not repaid its debt to Ireland.

  • @paddycentered

The Constitution of Ireland states that the sovereignty of Northern Ireland is determined by the people of Northern Ireland. They should not lose their right to self-determination just because they are Protestant or descended from Scots.

It would be wrong to force the people of Northern Ireland to leave their birthplace, and in any case, the people, government and constitution of Ireland would not want that to happen.

  • @SuperTrekNerd ~Millions of Indigenous Irish long dead would disagree. Just as South Africa was responsible for generations of apartheid, England is responsible for generations of religious discrimination. It is written into their constitution? No Catholic kings or queens? If Ireland falters, it is because it hasn't enjoyed 100 years of freedom yet>

  • @paddycentered

The majority of Irish people who are alive today respect the wishes of the people of Northern Ireland. The majority of Irish people alive today want Ireland and the UK to be friends. It's impossible to know what the long dead would think, but it's the opinion of those alive today that counts.

If Ireland falters, it will always have a friend and ally in the UK to help it out.

  • @SuperTrekNerd Isn't that lovely...

  • @paddycentered yawn..you forgot to mention the 800 years other than it that was textbook oirish whinging.

  • @johnsmith4442 What???

  • @paddycentered cant you read ya dull cunt.

  • @paddycentered Give the United States back to the native Americans.

  • @smith34n We paid reparations which is more than England can say.

  • @paddycentered And not forgetting the UK recently bailed Ireland out of a 1000% GDP debt with a 8.4bn Euro cash injection straight from the British Government - more international funds than Ireland recieved from any other country or union including the IMF and EU.

The shit would be hitting the fan in Ireland if the UK didn't bail them out. But anyway, what has an American got to do with this? Stop fighting a virtual war you have nothing to do with.

  • @smith34n

Which was in Britain's self interest.Despite the fact I think it is the least Britain could do, Weimar Germany had to pay ridiculous and crippiling reparations, in comparison Ireland has to live a daily mutilation on herself imposed by by a foreign people and government, despite Ireland never having done no wrong to any country, through no fault of her own. Through her own self interest Britain has given us "a few bob" despite the daily reality of partition.Well thanks very much!

  • @thewalls111 I think you forget that it was within the interest of the entire Eurozone to support Ireland, but where was the offer of a full bailout from any other EU nation other than Britain?

I wouldn't say the reaility of partition wasn't strictly apparent with an unbias view on the relations, where I live in London, there is more Irish people than British people. Would be nice to think those settling here were looking beyond the past, but hey, seperation is not wanted here.

  • @smith34n Britain's bailout of Ireland was mainly due to the fact that British banks has 90 billion tied up in Irish banks etc. Also we are one of your main trading partners so the consequences of a collapsed Irish economy would have been devastating to your economy.Basically the knock on effects would have been terrible.

The bailout = a loan with interest so in some ways ye will benefit more in the long term though i'm not sure about short term.

  • @smith34n By the way ye owe us nothing.New generations are not responsible for the past as in the case with Germans and the Nazis.I hope also that others here and in London (which i am sure 99% do) look beyond the past.

Things have improved so much the last decade and hopefully relations will continue in such a manner.Do love beating ye in rugby and other sports though ;-)

  • @1984ioc I like your way of thinking and I tip my hat to you. I do agree that relations have improved, but from a British perspective - baring in mind that a lot of British people have no idea what happened in the Troubles or during the Irish War of Independance - it seems negativity we recieve reflects upon the entire Irish population. British arrogance is part to blame, but also great ignorance here.

    I wish you well.

  • @smith34n As they say time is the greatest healer and as i said if we keep up the rate of improvement then hopefully even in 10/15 years we will have made even greater strides which i am sure we will. The past is so complicated that it leads to arrogance, misinterpretation, false beliefs and thoughts but it will change gradually.

We now need to unite versus the EU (only messing and lets not go there ;-) )

    Good luck bud.

  • @smith34n We already did! Native land is considered sovereign ground. Duh! Can you say the same of all Ireland? No!

  • QUEEN BITCH!

  • Mac allise looks like such a goon in this! Wooow! shut the Fuck up bitch.

  • "I like this clanky glass" Good on her!

  • sily old worthless cow. may you die the same way you killed diana

  • @dinoaxd yes may she :)

  • @dickwadd13 how much more wad?

  • @dickwadd13 bullshit, the money will be recouped by taxes this bitch and those cunts in parliment rob off us tax payers

  • Her Irish is better than that of most Irish people... She is an incredible woman, Ireland was honoured to have this lady here.

  • @TheInformalstyle Move over to england if u feel that strongly about the whore(queen) and her ability to speak Irish doesnt give anyone any right to welcome her to Ireland, it just seems to me that people want to forget british rule because there not living through it..

  • today is 30 years since a 33 year old belfast woman was murdered by the RUC in linden street belfast,i watched in horror that morning as thay took that mothers life in cold blood.

the following year the queen gave a honour to the assistant chief constable of the RUC....he was in the back of the land rover that morning and gave the order to fire on this totally innocent woman.

  • @GloriaGutbucket Maith in cailin! So well observed, so articulate, so considered.

  • @GloriaGutbucket Oh please, go choke on a horse's dick you idiot.

  • I would suggest that Tonyo1221, look up the definition of 'hate' speech. My pointing out the obvious (at least to those of us not in Cork), hardly falls under the heading of hate speech. Where do I direct anyone to violence in what I stated? If you want hate speech, just read practically every word Ian Paisley, who is a Scots born on English soil, not an Irishman, made his career spewing.

  • As a Protestant Irish citizen, I can assure you there are no 'shared' values between my the Irish and the English. We are quite far apart on that score thank you kindly.

What an absolutely appaling speech. And the only bond that exists between the Irish and the English - is business and nothing more. Speaking for the "Anglo-Irish', we cannot wait until Mary McAleese rides moves to England to become a Lady In Waiting to Mrs. Saxe Coburg Gotha - and a REAL Irish person, becomes President.

  • @seekingmirth You do realise your hate speak puts you in the tiny minority that exists on both sides of the divide. The silent majority in the centre ground, north and south approve of the Queens visit, her actions here and her speech in Dublin Castle. Protestants North and South are as Irish as Catholics North and South. I'm from Cork and Ian Paisley is as Irish as I am, thats always been the reality. A unified Ireland, Green (Catholic), White (Peace) and Orange (Protestant) will happen.

  • @GloriaGutbucket @GloriaGutbucket Yes, it's far better to be in the neighbouring land of overweight, badly dressed, uncultured, poorly educated, class obsessed chavs. I see what you mean.

  • This is a lie because the reality is different for an Irish citizen living in the UK. The English are imperial evil filth. They are the enemy of humanity. So to are the Anglo Irish lackeys in Dail Eireann who we elected - English ass lickers

  • @GloriaGutbucket someone sounds like a backwards idiot?

  • Best part of her speech..."I like this clanky glass"

  • Nice reconciliation speech! Well done my Sovereign! The leaders of my ancestors' two homelands are still paving the way for a bright future for their two peoples, side by side as equals and friends at last.

  • @manicbassa i give up. Good luck to ya.

  • There are too many boring posts to wade through - please do watch the speech (in another post) that An Uachtaran delivered before Her Majesty's speech. Taken together, a wonderful expression of hope for peace and friendship between Ireland and the United Kingdom. From an Aussie who is half Irish.

  • @#$%! spam before the queen's speech! !@#$! F#cking spammers will do anything the dogs!

    D~

  • 4 words in irish gets 3 wows? bit much no??

  • @pablojjgomez , Ah pablo, please cope on. It's the significance of those three words that make it so amazing. A Chairde, i.e. (FRIENDS)!!! Does this simple word not bear any significance in your mind. I'm not picking a fight with you, but you have to realise; and I hope you understand the the turmoil both countries went through for many centuries. This visit was not only to tie the break but also to bond both countries futures for our children, to become FRIENDS.

  • @pablojjgomez LOL I thought that myself, Mary get a grip.

  • "Ireland unfree shall never be at peace"

  • wow. in the first five words of her speech, Ol' Betty did what those 400 years of fighting never could, she made the Irish people respect the Queen of England.

  • @stalktheyard Irish respect the british queen? how do you work that out? Stop being brainwashed by the media

  • @manicbassa I am Irish. That's how I work it out. This is the first step towards a united Ireland. I suppose you are one of the fools that believe the only way to achieve unity is through bloodshed. I don't like the monarchy, I believe in a united Ireland, but through diplomacy, not death.

  • @stalktheyard Wrong. I dont support violence. You still haven't explained how this visit makes the Irish people respect a british queen? Most couldn't give a toss about her as was evident during her visit. Only polticians and celebs. As for your next point - how will this get a united Ireland?

  • @manicbassa Firstly, the British Queen speaking the Irish tongue is a hugely symbolic act of deference. She also laid a wreath at the garden of remembrance, by doing so implicitly acknowledging the legitimacy of the Irish struggle. She is looking to the future, even though she's 85 and probably won't live to see that future realised. That is why she has gained a lot of respect from me and a lot of my friends and family.

  • @manicbassa

Secondly, if we are serious about unity through peaceful means, that will only occur in an environment of mutual respect. By acknowledging the wrongs of the past, the Queen has taken the first step. She has given legitimacy to the War of Independence by acknowledging the dead as soldiers, not terrorists. In doing so she has set a precedent that what those men fought for (a united Ireland) are also legitimate. It is not as straightforward as "Brits out". It can never be that simple.

  • @manicbassa and lastly, you are probably right that many Irish people couldn't give a toss, but anyone who has even a passing knowledge of Irish history and an interest in a peaceful future was watching this carefully.

You and I want a united Ireland but I also want a peaceful and lasting relationship between our two countries. I have many family and friends who live in the UK and their children were born there. The animosity between the two countries is toxic to them.

  • @manicbassa

One more thing. You say you don't support violence yet you comment on another video says otherwise.

"Up the RA. The Provos sorted murrphy out" you say.

Remember that everything you put on the internet is there to stay.

  • @stalktheyard Oh please.....i posted that to get at some scumbag who supports the shankill butchers! You still haven't answered my question

  • She should have emded it with 'God Save Ireland' in Irish I think!♥

  • "A uachtarán agus a chairde."

  • "A uachtarán agus a chairde."

  • Death of her couson? I think you mean uncle, Mountbatten, blown up by the IRA in 1979.

  • @Hjhayes2000

Louis Mountbatten was Her Majesty's cousin!

  • wot does she say, i got 75% irish with my family but still cant speak gailic

  • A Uachtarain, agus a cairde...oh hi Mark!!

  • sumed up in the first 5 seconds by our president, "WOW"

  • She's a class act. It would have been great if she could have interacted more with the ordinary citizenry. Unfortunately those regressive dullards that call themselves republicans have made that impossible at present. Hopefully she can come back again when they grow up and realise that Britain has been Ireland's greatest friend in the last few years.

  • @lovelytackles Totally agree with you. It was a great visit for both countries and the vast majority of Irish people were delighted that she came.

  • A magnificent speech, as was Mary McAleese's

  • @DoojeenDoonican you obviously love vaseline why dont you grease up ur arsehole and physically let them rape you dickhead

  • Wooo Seamus Heaney!!

  • @danbreentipp dickhead.. an IRA head I take it? Or one of those who has opinions on politics but actually hasnt a clue?? Could you even translate your own comment into irish?? Gobshite

  • you types are probably to ignorant to cop the fact that this will help the country economically. BOOM! YES!

  • @26Keano Ah isn't it great to see 99.9% of us building a bridge. The visit was such a success and you little RA heads failed in your petty attempts to wreck it. She was never even in the protesters' sight! Really great scenes in Cork yesterday. Walking about, shaking hands. Really special stuff! You are probably one of these so called "republicans" who cant even give me the number of the security bill=30meuro! This will be payed back in tourism over the summer, though you types are probably....

  • Fr.griifin was shot by her forces a mile outside of barna in Co.Galway

  • That is a proper Queen!!!

  • this is what we Irish wanted, to say thank you, for all of us who went to the UK and got a living when they was no work for us at home god bless the Queen .

  • So is she going on a peasant world tour?

  • The tide of positivity from this visit is so strong amongst so many people here in Ireland. What an amazing few days :-)

  • Woop tey do she said about 5 words in irish she likly learnt them last week!!!!!!!

  • @deckydortz I think you've totally missed the point!

  • baaaaaaaaaaaaah stupid b****** **

  • I think its fantastic I really feel we have matured as people ..........

  • The 'queen' should take her armed forces in Ireland home with her if she was serious about peace. Britain continues to deny Irish freedom which will sadly lead to continued conflict.

  • @1Fianna Her Majesty is Sovereign of the United Kingdom, one of the signatories to the Belfast Agreement, the other being the Irish Republic, 94% of the latter voted in favour of said agreement which recognised the Northern Irish peoples right to remain part of the UK & therefore their right to have whatever forces they wish in THEIR country! So have no idea what forces you are referring too nor what freedom you claim is being denied.

  • @stevenross100 The denial of Irish national self determination and Irish independence. Britain's government has no authority in Ireland, the GFA isnt worth the paper its written on. History will prove this

  • The visit couldnt have gone any better. The collective symbolism and spotlight of the past few days has done the country wonders just when it needed it most.

  • @irishroverX When Irish people are living on the streets with no homes to go to,People in 2011 still finding it hard to find jobs to support their familys.England had to bail The south out.Yea it did our country wonders lol. This visit did fuck all for me what did it do for you? Sad to see so many Irish giving up on their own country :(

  • @irishroverX it could have gone better, she could have dropped dead. Now that would have made a lot of tax payers like myself very happy indeed.

  • @painsey Oh here we go another "blogger" i see by your profile. So we shall all gain witty, ironic, dry humoured enlightenment upon viewing your blogs shall we? Think ill pass!

  • @irishroverX well you might learn something

  • @lrishNationalist Sup. Hows the whole sugar coating your racism with republicanism going?. I know your game, you little racist tool. Piss off!! and stop insulting us legit republicans and bringing your racist shit into our movement. Immigrants are welcome in Ireland, and will always be. We know your game!! Adams hates scum like you.

  • @TomBarry192l

I see now where you are coming from. Like most Americans, you need to know your roots, to have a sense of identity, one that America is not providing you with, you need to know where you came from. Problem is, that need clings to anything which states that it is the real real irishness, and who lays claim to that stake, who shouts for it the loudest- IRA, SF and RSF, ppl who are nothing like the IRA of old and who push drugs on Irish ppl, ppl who support immigration,

    cont>

  • @lrishNationalist

and the new colonisation, inavasion and plantation of this country. The problem you have is that your need to identify with belonging to and wanting to reconnect with your roots so badly means, that you are in danger of being blind to any new threat that threatens the Irish ppl.

So what if the ppl you have first clung to, the RSF , SF fake-Irish brigade, what if they are now marxist reds, and are a danger to the thing you profess to love

    cont>

  • @TomBarry192l

the Irish ppl. What if these greener than green, so much so they are now gangrene, so-called irish defenders are now the attackers of Ireland and the Irish. Well have a look at the news, come to Ireland and have a look around, 20% of ppl here are immigrants. Moore street is now 95% black and pakistani. South Circular rd Dublin is becoming islamisied, Irish girls are harassed walking down that street now, and awhile back were attacked.Muslim dr's are sexually harrassing Irish women

  • @lrishNationalist Shouldn't you be in the wicklow mountains huddled around a camp fire cooking marshmallows with you skinhead nazi buddy's.

BTW Hows the turd-pushers, sorry! i mean the "CelticWolves" getting on?

recruit anyone into your misfit brigade recently? Heard you had to import some polish into your merry brigade of social misfits due to the lack of irish based support.

    hypocrisy in action

  • @TomBarry192l No one is interested in your ridiculous opinions. Go back to your own silly little video and put comments up that no one reads. Contributors to this page want to celebrate this peaceful occasion. The damning reality for you is that 99.9% of the country are finished with bitter opinions on the UK and want to strive to continue peaceful and friendly relations between our countries. YES!

  • @TomBarry192l

I do not know any of the organisations you spaek of there.

However, I do recognise when ppl are not able to face the truth of what I have said to them. Nevermind addressing the issues I brought to your attention, just ignore them, pretend that the ppl you have allied your idea of Irishness with are really not destroying Ireland, and throwm in a few shouts of racism and nazi for good measure.

Throwing around insults to Irish ppl, sure is a sign you love the Irish.

  • @TomBarry192l

Adams and all them, support all this, as all marxists do. You think you are doing us real Irish a favour, by getting on the marxist red SF train. They are now the new enemies of Ireland, the reds, marxists, SF who are reds now, nothing like the IRA of the 50's come down and meet the ordinary Irish ppl who have to live and deal with the immigration nightmare, and drugs pushed by RIRA and eirigi supporting muslims who harass Irish women. Supporting them, is like supporting traitors

  • @lrishNationalist Adams a marxist lmao

  • @1Fianna

Yes, he supports all the jewish frankfurt school ideas, which is the marxist break up of the nation state and national indigenous european ppls, adams supports this.

  • @lrishNationalist SF are marxists, wait until the marxists hear this one lmao

  • @TomBarry192l

who invited the british 100s of yrs ago.Today SF invite, support the new colonisation, invasion and plantations of Irland. You say you are Irish and talk about your ancestors, well they had specific genes, white european genes. Yet you deny that birthright to Irish ppl born here now to protect and preserve that ancestral heritage you yourself talk about. u support the wiping out of it, while greedily and selfishly wanting it for yourself, while not having to fight for it here

  • @lrishNationalist Same shit across all of the UK and most of europe sadly. White europeans seem to have this thing in their head that nationalism is akin to a kind of nazism and are terrified of being seen as racist. I'm all for nationalism.

  • God Save The Queen!

  • Spoken by a True plastic paddy, your ancestry is Irish not you.. idiot bloody Yank. Only Irish when it suits you. Im sure on St Patricks day, all of the US turn Irish.

  • "I like this clanky glass!" So cute :)

  • I like this clanky glass. GOLD.

  • WOW ! :L

  • the amount of brit lovers in these comments is sickening. As an Irish american,, you bring shame on my ancestors. I'm a proud irish man not afraid to show my face. I'm not a plastic paddy.

  • @TomBarry192l

You're not Irish. You're American. Your ancestors may have been, but not you =]

  • @RuntOfTheBatch

Actually he is Irish. Chinese culture is made by 1000s of years of a homogenous ppl putting forth their experience of an expression of life on this planet, that Chinese culture comes from specific genes- Chinese.

If Africans had been the Chinese, then the Chinese culture would have been totally different, because how we as carriers of different genes think.

This man, although his ideas about the visit are rooted in his sense to want to cement his Irish identity and are

    cont>

  • @RuntOfTheBatch

he is wrong to castigate any who have mixed feelings about this visit.

but nevertheless, his genes are of the ppl that left these shores, he is Irish.

  • @TomBarry192l

Irish RIRA drug pusher lover (same bunch who do business with murdering loyalists)- Irish ppl destroyer lover, Irish traitor lover.

  • They should have served the Guinness in the clanky glass. The pint was just a bit too much of a handful.

  • @lrishNationalist brit lover

  • @TomBarry192l

Brit lover? Yeah, I like Brits, I also like Germans, Scandinavians, and all European peoples and cultures. I like Oriental cultures next, especially Japanese. And I like some African cultures too. But mostly I prefer European ppls and cultures the best, as do most of the world, that's why they all want to come here.

You however are a race and culture patroniser, and therefore...a hater of other ppls. Especially your own irish one.

  • @TomBarry192l

And I may be a lover of European ppls and cultures but thank Christ I am not a traitor like you.

  • @TomBarry192l

So apart from banning me, for debating you fair and square, and you not liking the truth. If any of your multicultural friends say that a Nigerian who lands here and gets Irish citizenship, is more Irish than you (bcoz that is what they do say you know)

Then what is your response to that?

  • @lrishNationalist I don't respond to racist scum. go join the BNP cunt, you're not welcome in ireland.

  • haha 7:53 the queen ''I like this clanky glass.'' legend :D

  • 5:49 Yer wan noddin off

  • LOL That bitch got a penis!

  • notice how she never said sorry:O ya bitch you wouldnt know what ireland went thru

  • Total respect After death threats a 85 year old woman still goes to Ireland even after the death of her own cousin and speaks about peace and honours all. Also R.I.P to all the Irish who served in WW1.

  • it's amazing to see the Taoiseach go wow!, which is probably the only word for what happened. I'm not remotely irish and I was moved...

  • @fluteheart

That was the Irish President that said wow! I completely agree...I think it was a very moving moment alright !

  • @bri4u2906 death threats with the amount of secruity around her. Yeah brave woman lol. You didn't mention all those Irish men and woman who thought for Ireland against the british

  • @manicbassa Snipers, bombs-Charles Car was attacked recently by demostrators, there are always ways. And she DOES mention all who died during the troubles. Also how long do you want to hold onto the past and have a grudge ? Also you didnt mention all those who died by Irish hands, Im lucky to still be here TWICE, my only crime was just to be working in London. Lets move on from the past, live for now.

  • Her broach is an irish harp :)

  • The fantastic Seamus Heaney, Nobel Poet Laureate, is sitting beside David Cameron...............what a momentous occasion.

  • @gurtlug all staged managed rubbish. Outside of celebs and politicans most people dont give a damn about her. Stop being brainwashed by the media who never show any negative voices against her visit

  • Oi, Brian Cowen's seat buddy, WAKE THE FUCK UP.

  • Who's the old man sitting beside David Cameron? I heard it on RTE yesterday but forget his name, and don't know who he is.

  • I like the queen, and her speech was brilliant, made me proud to watch it.

  • What a wonderful moment and what a lady! The visit of Queen Elizabeth has made prouder than ever to be Irish.

You are always welcome here, your Majesty.

  • When I speak Irish i don't get a round of applause :p

  • Very good speech :p

  • A great moment when the Queen speaks better Irish than most of the people protesting against her!!

  • @Roseann90 lol true that, my irish pronunciation as i've been learning it for a few years is still terrible. :P

  • @Roseann90

If you get any flak from that comment, ignore those fuckers xD that was brilliant xD

  • @Roseann90 excellent point! lol most wouldn't know the words "a chairde" :-)
