Lukas Podolski is and always has been an amazing striker but I feel a move to Arsenal might impede his international career if he doesn't get the necessary play time.

In my opinion, a 10 mil move would be a steal, Milan and Real Madrid I believe have offered more for Podolski in the past, and now it seems Podolski is in his top form, scoring 14 goals in 16 games.

If Arsenal really wants him, they will pay at least 12 mil.
