  • I totally agree with you Jimmy is taking advantage of the situation with Kim instead of helping her like she would and has helped him Kim never went for custody and she would have won the way Jimmy was he's not thinking of his son at all Joey needs his mother she has been there for him since day one!! How short of a memory does the moron Jimmy have? She knew all his teachers and friends names as well as doctors Jimmy knew nothing about his son!!! Jerk!!!!

  • 3:58 corny & awkward joke

  • I recognized him right away. Thanks for posting.

  • man at 7:02 was in season one. he was arrested as a rapist haha

  • PASSED...I'm not that stupid...

  • yes i thought the lawer that jimmy was talking to was "leroy brown" from season 1.....jobs for the boys.

  • This season premiered on October 1, 2001. God, i was only 11 years old but I remember 9/11 like it was yesterday. Emotions were so fresh when these episodes aired. Mani miss this show

  • its sad that it took 9/11 to get us any kind of thank you, what happened to all the years before 2001?

  • It's Kinda Cool that 2 of the recurring actors on this show are actual NYFD fire fighters!

  • nice

  • isn't the lawyer in this clip the one that gets arrested later in another episode for kidnapping and raping a girl?

  • You notice the poster on the bus? "These Colors Dont Run"

    GOD BLESS THE USA!

  • "GOD" created everybody equal so what makes the USA special? How about "GOD" bless everybody...being a little less self important might tone down the everybody wanting to kill you factor

  • Yes, but it was the USA that was under the attacks. It was in the USA that was the reason they were boarding the bus. It was the USA that they were serving and it was the USA saying "These Colors Dont Run". If you dont like what I said, you're welcome to thumb it down like you obviously did, but it doesnt change anything. I ask that GOD BLESS EVERYONE! But b/c of this episode and my previous comment I still say GOD BLESS THE USA!!!!

  • Very nicely put cowgirl.

  • @CanadianRedNeck1 Hey fuckhead! It was a slogan that was popularized because of a great tragedy. You wannabe America faggot cocksucker! I think I'll drop your name down the 4chan hit box and see what comes up.

  • ahhhh the 1969 rig

  • Jimmy isn't a jerk and you guys have to stop thinking the world revolves around Kim. It's not about her, and it's not about Jimmy. It's about what's best for Joey. Kim can barely function and honestly I support Jimmy for considering sueing her for full custody. Kim's mom so get custody if Jimmy dies.

  • @Gethsemaneful If he really cares about his child's welfare, he wouldn't immediately create a battle with his mother, he would try to get her to get help, not sit passively by while she goes through a devastating ordeal alone. She put up with all of his crap for years (none of which was set off by witnessing the violent death of a loved one and then having a gun held to his head) and she never refused to let Jimmy have custody of Joey, in fact she told him once that she would never do that.

  • @jessthoren It's really hard to help someone who doesn't want to be helped. Not even Kim's mom could get her to see someone about what she's going through, she only got help after commiting suicide and it's likely because when you commit suicide you're automatically commited to the psych ward for 72 hours. It's not like Jimmy is sweeping Joey away from her imediately after this happened, she's had plenty of time to come around. At this point, it's about what is best for Joey.

  • @jessthoren Besides, with Joey out of the way, Kim has much more time to get back together and deal with it. I don't Jimmy intends to have sole custody forever.

  • Jimmy is a jerk, but so is the lawyer for taking advantage of the situation so that he can get more money.

  • Jimmy is a jerk. I love how he takes advantage of Kim's one mistake as a mother to try and take Joey away from her. Give me a friggin' break. She's depressed and he doesn't care about her at all.

  • Its not about Kim, its about Joey. Kim is a mess and has been by months at this point with no signs of improving. Jimmy is in a situation where he honestly CAN NOT trly on her to take care of their son so what else is he spposed to do?

  • the actors on this show protrayed the aftermath of 9/11 thru the firefighters/paramedics/ police officers emotions etc. You would know if you were one! Even Alex Taylor she did a fantastic job its the talent not the script or anything else that you need to look at THE TALENT the raw emotins in this episode I watched the whole episode twice today and cried.

  • Man, I can't stand Alex Taylor. She is such a moron, and I don't think the actress who plays her portrays her well at all.

  • eww. i hate jimmy.

Kim is going through a hard time & he thinks a sole custody court case is going to make exactly what better?

  • oh it's that guy, hahahahah funny. definitely him, hes the husband the new husband in californication. good call, this was a great ep. tahnk u lou

  • I wonder who did the music for this one

  • i love how jimmy was like you tell her she cant. like alex would kill walsh if he did.

but omg i hate this episode its so sad... i feel so bad for them

  • Looks like 55's rig before the new one belongs to the Metropolitan fire association.

  • wait, is jimmy's lawyer the same guy who kidnapped a girl that sully and davis found? remember, the guy in the library who carries around a composition notebook ... leroy brown! it looks exactly like him ...

  • certainly looks like him doesnt it, but i dont think so. i just went and watched that episode on DVD to check, and he does look a little different

  • i was gonna say the EXACT same thing. if it was, it'd be pretty lazy on third watch's behaf to re-use people like that as other characters

  • Law and Order do it all the time and I always wonder why - as if they aren't enough "actors" out there. They shouldn't have to reuse people, like you said its lazy and makes it harder to get into the story

  • Aaron Spelling did it all the time. He reused every actor he ever worked with at least twice and sometimes on the same show.

  • trust me, it is him... as soon as i saw him, all i could think of was sully and davis singing leroy brown in the RMP during that episode... good times

  • yeah its him lol, i dont think its meant to be the pedophile though as a character , they just use the actors again i think

  • @violetinc Lmao that is Leroy Brown

  • @violetin...yes, it's the same guy! the girl that bosco shoots when his vision is blurred also plays another character..Leroy Brown (Chester Denim) probably got out on good behavior, past the bar, and became an attorney the way this society works! That was such a great episode though "Store them up like nuts for winter, my friend cause they don't happen often"!! Love this show!!

  • @xjcrossx oh please.....it obviously wasn't the same character, they reuse actors all the time for different roles lol.

  • @tmwalkerm that was obviously a joke..lol..I know it's not the same character..but it is annoying how a character that is the basis for an entire show in the 1st season, and that has a very distinct look to him, comes back to play a different role. The moment I saw him I said "LEROY BROWN!!"..way to obvious a person to be re-used....AND BY THE WAY....I know it's "passed" not "past" on my previous comment.. I was in a hurry...

  • @xjcrossx I knew what you meant, no biggy. Good for the actor for being able to take on two hugely different roles.

  • @violetinc ya it's him i didnt know psycopaths could be lawyers
