  • Ok I'm no body builder but 315 really isn't that much

  • @millerliteisgud lol, yes if other people can do better, its because they trained hard for it and have the power to lift that much, but 315 is a lot of weight, you make one mistake squattin that amount of weight, you'll die, even bench press, just have 2 45's on eac sides and you drop that, your gone. and lif your just trying to get big(buff), you dont have to lift that heavy. hard to build muscle but easy to ruin everything if you fail at what you do especially on bodybuilding
