  • Sprint is terrible. 3G speeds are abysmal, and 4G can be fast, but only if you're in the right place, near the right tower. Enjoy trying to maintain consistent 4G speeds while in a car or building.

  • i have an HTC EVO 3D on Sprint and i get 10 Mbps on 4G.

  • verizon is the best 4g but its way too expensive! the data package is 30 bucks!

  • @samtapp but for 30 bucks you don't get droped

  • @mw2gam3r1 Yeah and you also have to pay for that for having a smart phone. That's why I'm going with Sprint. Unlimited data package!!

  • @RetroStarcraft2 you get a 1000 pages a month so unless you keep changing pages every 10 minutes its fine

  • VERIZON IS GAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY

    MY OPINION

  • @xgam3er1020 That's why it's faster than all other LTE networks, right?

  • why dont u get a tmobile samsung galaxy II

  • Tmobile just because they have a hot chick in their commercials

  • Sharebitz.weebly . com ; get yourself an iPhone 4s

  • Comment removed

  • I live in Denver Colorado and my iPhone 4 with Verizon gets better speeds than sprint. I am on the 3G network.

  • my iphone 3g was updated to version 4.2.1 and it resulted in this but I dont know if that's a good result.. anyone help? i just got this app right now

    ping = 138mb download = 1.30 mbps upload = 1.36 mbps

  • Tmobile da best

  • winner is............................VERIZON

  • Clear Winner T-mobile 4G NETWORK

  • @georgelewis Hahaha T-Mobile sucks.

  • @YCCA9K :P

  • i get 28.7 Mbps download and 11.2Mbps upload on my galaxy s2 on tmobile im in AZ

  • @fernandobo009 Ya thats LTE bro. HSPA+ is more like 3.5G XD

  • @MuzikMan54

its tmobile not LTE i know what i have.. and it depends on your area and also its the galaxy s2 has better signal i guess.. TMOBILE not VERIZON

  • @fernandobo009 The phone has a restriction of 21mbs...not the network...the device. you can have a 82mbs network...but you still aren't going to get over 21mbs...so do your research.

  • @alienroot

no. right now its at HSPA+42Mmbs but when HSPA+82mbs come out itll reach 42mbs or so..

  • @fernandobo009 Yes, but the phone antenna is only capable of 21 mbs down...so you CAN'T get 28 mbs down, cause it can only do up to 21 mbs, yes the network is 42mbs, and it will soon be 82mbs..i get that, always have...but the phone can't take in more than 21 mbs bandwidth, so therefore your device is incapable of pulling in 28 mbs.

  • Verizon is a ripoff, way too much hidden fees and surcharges, like AT$T. ya their 4G may be fast, but Tmobile will be even faster when their 4G comes out. Tmobile galaxy s2 is the beast, they dont even have 4G and i still get 20+ mbps, imagine when the real 4G comes out, it gonna go sky high. Tmobile: faster speed, better deal, money saving.

  • AT&T is better than those 3 anyways nationwide hspa+ first stages of 4g speed now they are roiling LTE so I would never going to have slow speed like those 3 AT&T will hspa+ & LTE take that Verizon fk

  • this stuped test how the fuck you compare hasp+ From t Mobiel it not real 4g is 3.5 g LTE of course it going to be faster your dump fuck Verizon sucks right now compare there 3G is like 2g slow LTE is not nation wide so u still going to have slower speed than t Mobiel

  • @leom760442 nice spelling. t mobile isnt nationwide either, verizon is amazing.

  • @leom760442 LTE isn't real 4G even if it's marketed like that. They are all apart of 3GPP (3G Partnership Program) so calm your happy go lucky butt down and be a Tmobile fan all you want just don't bring it on YouTube cause it makes you sound like a serious douche...

  • Verizon on the samsung charge. I'm on it right now. This phones the shit son!

  • u got a trash sprint phone try a better one dipshit

  • HEllo Dear Friend! I think u better put the phones little bit farther from each other because of Signal interference issues :) the Problems Might Have happened because of this issue :)

    Good Luck,

    Pouya

  • Verizon LTE: 44.59 Mbps download 15.12 Mbps upload

Portland's Verizon LTE is the shit! Haha :)

  • @chimo36 thats a good 15 Mbps download speed

  • @chimo36 Portland Oregon?

  • @coffeeandsugar20

    Yup :)

  • @chimo36 Nice. I get consistent 20mbps out by PDX on my Thunderbolt.

  • @chimo36 dang o_o. highest LTE speeds ive gotten on my Rezound were 32 down 20 up

  • the t-mobile g2 sucks!! i hate it , its suer slow and i jusst hatee it. but, i do gotta say is the htc sensation is the ish!! like noo joke its suer fast and all that good stuff!! :))

  • T mobile is a crappy joke

  • Holy shit... That is faster than my home internet speed :(

  • t mobiles has 42 megabits per second download speeds and i was verizon like 4g LTE but the uploads are the 1-3 megabits so basically t mobiles 4g is as quick as verizon 4g LTE

  • @androidisbest it means its capable of 42 mbps. not consistent at that speed. yeah it hangs close with them, but its not really an equal.

  • @androidisbest Turn of wifi

  • lol i live close to this guy im in los angeles. and i would choose verizon any day over t-mobile. yea verizon is more expensive but u get what u pay for. i dnt have a phone right now but after seeing how crappy t-mobile service is inside buildings cuz my friends have t-mobile i think ina go wit verizon cuz my frends on verizonalwats have better service and waaay less dropped calls i dnt care bout speed all i care bout is reception so verizonhere i come!

  • I got the HTC Thunderbolt from Verizon and it is slower than than my HTC Sensation 4g. This Speedtest app is crap. It always gives the Verizon high speeds but when you really try accessing websites, it is much slower. I am returning the HTC Thunderbolt today and cancelling Verizon.

  • verizon is the pound 4 pound king

  • @bconover93 go be a dumbfuck somewhere else your wrong

  • My T-Mobile Samsung galaxy s 4 gets 20 download and 4-5 download

  • @redraider5001 Tmobile has the fastest data speed in the market. I have Tmobile and uses the Sensation 4g. I just got the Thunderbolt from Verizon and I can't believe they are charging so much for such crappy speed.

  • my at&t 3g gets 3.8 down, .3 up

    still the nation's fastest 3G. ;)

  • VERIZON !!!!

  • freakylocz14 is spamm

  • HTC AMAZE 4G!!!! 42MBPS!!!!

  • @will000748 Lol you are not getting those speeds its just theoretical numbers...

  • Since file download rates are always measured with kB/s, can you use that instead?

  • Will Hez Not Liein All You Mother sucking fuckers :D lol

Itz Fuckin true LTE 4G is Very Mother fucking fast

But With 2GB verizon can suck my big Fat Nigga dick

Think,in im goin 2 fuckin pay 438 bucks thatz more then what i payd for the god damn phone

  • My DROID x gets right under 3 mbps

  • verizon fast, but whats the point it your cap at 2gb

  • @atmancloud ya the cap sucks i bought an iphone 4 like a month or 2 before they did it ......now with the bionic =D

  • @coffeeandsugar20 Yes. The Galaxy S 4G is twice as fast. New phones are twice as fast as the Galaxy S 4G.

  • @freakylocz14 Uh nice? That's not what I was getting at though.

  • @freakylocz14 You no sense at all.... Galaxy s 4g is old shit.... it dosnt matter

  • @mattmasi303 That still doesn't change the fact that the Galaxy S 4G is twice as fast as the G2.

  • Your connection will be better in a big city. Networks are probably going to place cell towers heavily in heavily populated areas. So, really, if you live in Montana, where there are more cows than people per square mile, you can guarantee that your service will be slower

  • epic is rooted -__-

  • Should have used a Galaxy S 4G it's twice as fast.

  • @freakylocz14 Does that matter?

  • i love the screen on the charge but thats all... thunderbolt is the best by far.. just crappy battery life.. i own it and update i just ran 8.55Mbps upload w/ 43.10Mbps down

  • Verizon owns but the charge is way to choppy

  • on 4G in NYC with my thunderbolt i just got 43.10Mbps down and 7.12Mbps up

  • I Have a HTC ThunderBOLT 4G from Verizon and I got 44MBPS Download in Agawam, Ma at Six Flags. I am telling you. It.IS.Fast!

  • That's Bulls. My epic 4G got 10.7 Mbps. You are put depend of locate. i see the Verizon is higher bar of 4G. others are lower. wrong to test.

  • My epic gets 11 mb

  • @michaelmoorhead86 no1 uses epic anymore... but it is a very good phone :D

  • The HTC G2 Is Not on 4g Because My G2 gets 13mbps

  • omg the tmobile looks soo cheap ...reminds me of a laggy android phone

  • Cool results but why does it matter? What the hell would you do with 20 Mb/s on a phone?

  • @abc123icuucme ahhh… 20Mbit/s to TETHER with maybe..??

  • VZW always the best. I know they're expensive but goddamn it's worth it

  • i get amazing 4g sprint in bucks county, pa

  • If too many people are on a cell tower using 4g it makes the 4g slower

  • @thegeekshere nice vid. .im in western massachussetts and i average 13ish consistantly but the upload is so so

  • good god...when is sprint going to shut down already? they're a scam. they've always been a scam. and now their "4G" lie is a scam. i've never been a sprint customer (so no i'm not biased) I just know a terrible company with terrible service when I see it.

  • So...basically there's no comparison. LOL! Let's see - 4 or 15?

  • 33mb/s in the city.... it ranges from 10-40mb/s in SF

    *HTC Sensation 4G from tmobile*

  • WiMax shouldn't be called 4G. It's a joke

  • Sprint 3g in Chicago land area is so slow I cant stream music from my google music account sprint sucks

  • @Corollalvr2000 that makes sense considering the maximum possible speed on tmobile 3G is 7.2 but no yeah you pull in 8.2

  • Do these tests outdoors. I regularly get over 5 Mbps and up to 10 outdoors on both Sprint and T-Mobile.

  • I'd like to see some tests done in different markets. I live in Columbus, OH and my 3G Nokia on T-Mobile pulls in speeds of around 8.2 consistently.

  • @satyriasis2121 agreed buuuuuutttttt i grandfathered the unlimited plan sooooooo 30 bucks a month umlimited data yay.

  • @darkphantom77777 go and change ur individual plan dude... try everything data 450?

  • fan boy!

  • My Motorola photon 4g on sprint gets around 6 to 7 mbs on sprint wimax 4g

  • sprint offers unlimited data and consistent data speed while verizon and t-mobile has some GB-limitations. and after you reach that limit ur data speed will suck and ur gonna pay for additional gigs.

  • @Satyriasis2121 sprint might as well cap cause it would take the rest of the year to reach that 2gb cap. as far as i'm concerned the cap is a separate issue. the issue here is wether or not it's possible for you to reach that cap in a month. LOL - i would wager to say you'd find difficulty doing that on sprint. FAIL (sprint, not you)

  • Verizon fan boy...FAIL!!!

  • @gmega8 Hahaha, no kidding!! Which one crushed the other 2 again?

  • Verizon fan boy..FAIL!!

  • It would've been a better test using a different phone on T-Mobile because the G2 is only capable of 14.4mbps HSPA+ while other phones like the G2x or Galaxy S 4G are capable of 21mbps HSPA+. HSPA+ is usually faster than WiMAX.

  • @gx1000100 G2x is only HSPA 14.4 unfortunately.

  • check out my video..i got 40Mbps down on lte

  • i got 14.31 Mbps down and 1.42 Mbps up in raleigh, nc

  • Great Video

  • The fastest I ever got on Sprint 4G was 12 Mbps in NYC

  • I've gotten 35 down on my Charge in the Seattle Tacoma area.

  • Look at the g2's ping 1118ms, that's just trifling. Stop calling it 4g

  • @cokemanpac it is 4g look at their commercials as well

  • theres a big problem here.... tmobile just upgraded alot of areas to 42Mb/s. right now we are running our galaxy s 4G and our sidekick 4G at a blistering 18-26Mb/s. i work for tmobile as an RSA. the sidekick and the GS4G are only rated for 21Mb/s MAX. it just goes to show how strong our network is. our 14.4Mb/s G2X is pulling about 18. this is in pittsburgh pa. in pittsburgh we are DESTROYING verizon and sprint. the lte network has some users on it now ans its getting killed.

  • @bbarana and also, my 3g vibrant is pulling speeds of 10Mb/s down. im trying to get good pictures because my history section posts anything over 6.30Mb/s as -0.00. i dont understand it.

  • @bbarana Thats not true and thats why AT&T is buying T-mobile your not destroying anything look at some real talk on how bad t-mobile is

  • @Illmatic662 I wonder the same thing, this merge will be interesting.

  • T-Mobile has far less customers then Verizon so I honestly don't see why they couldn't handle a faster "4G" Network

  • @DonnyDon90 When ATT and Tmobile merge you are talking about like half the population under one dominant mobile carrier. It makes me wonder with ATT 4G what will happen overall regarding the speed

  • I was told that tmobile has the fastest....an it was from am AT&T customer...by the way

  • You guys should've used a Vibrant 4G or a Sensation 4G. Those get better speeds due to the antennas

  • i get 6 to 8 with sprint 4g i guess it depends on the area but Verizon is great but the more people who buy it the slower the network will become with time but im happy with the LTE wish i was with Verizon

  • @HRVTD yeah same but if u can tell they only have a bar of 4g which is still good for sprint im a sprint customer and i can honestly tell that i think att is faster ive seen 4mbs down on 3g and thats extemely well while as tmobile has spotty 3g and 4g
