the 80s were so imaginitive - nowadays is so processed and bland and boring. Love Hzel in this interview - she's so shy, she did well - she had 3 great top 10 hits - and wrote them herself - including the CLASSIC "Will You"
Why is it that people like Neil always try and distance themselves from things like the 80's? We lived through it and it didn't do us any harm. Ok, some of the things weren't very good but you get that in all facets of life. We were young and young people make mistakes that's how we learn. Still good video and yes Hazel is good and overshadowed by that idiot Neil...
The 80s were FAB!!! Only the 60s comes close for music quality. The 70s was the decade that music forgot, and the 90s tried to follow on the heels of the 80s with little success. Anything since 2000 is a waste of time. Bring back the 80s. Except for the fashion. Keep the fashion.
You right on the money. There was much more experimentation and diversity in the music of the 80's than anything following it. You can't just go by what made the charts, or what was on MTV, because some of the best bands of the period never made it on MTV or the top 40. You even had a lot more foreign artist crossing over like Falco, or even the Scorpions. Bowie and Kate Bush, and lovely Hazel, who I'm so happy I lucked upon and will always follow.
I see in this vid that Ben V P is actually talking in a normal accent because I thought he was a dickhead in one interview back in the 80s talking with a put on jamaican accent,Twat, but Curiosity were actually quite good.
arrrh you cant knock Hazel...shes lovely,

@PGPyramid1 I strongly disagree about the fashion :) it was as flamboyant and diverse as the music was
