Crazy dog dream

The dog isn't having a seizure. When a dog seizures, it shakes, breathes rapidly, drools, and it's eyes flutter inside its head. How do I know? Certain flea meds gives my dog mild seizures. Seizuring dogs can't run, much less get up and slam into a wall. And if you pay attention, at the end the dogs hackles are raised, showing he was dreaming that he was attacked. Poor thing had a nightmare.
