Well, it's much easier to just use the pan/crop settings on the clip. If you do as you have done here, you get that the whole track has those settings, and you don't want that if you're making a big comp.

Use the pan/crop settings instead, and cookie cutter works so much better than borders..

Adobe After effects can do a lot of 3d animation as well
