Interesting: the 7-10 that Kelly left at 5:57 was because her ball had too much penetration. The 5 pin drove into the 8 instead of ripping the 7 out.  It looked like a week hit but was actually on a powerful line.

actually the ball only hits 4 pins and that is the 1-3-5-9 for righties so leaving the 7 10 was the ball hit weak as u can see the weak 10 but the 7 on the other hand the 4 also layed weak in the side pit

I agree that the ball took out the 1-3-5-9. But the reason she left the 7 pin was that the 5 was supposed to take it out on the "swish" but her ball penetrated too much and the 5 went into the 8 instead. You're also right about the classic weak 10 which happens when the 3 pin is knocked almost straight back, only grazing the 6 which doesn't have the speed or angle to take out the 10. But, again, even though she came in light enough to leave the weak 10, her ball still drove the 5 into the 8.

I think Kelly Kulick is adorable. Her self talk is cute, and if she let down her hair and took off the sports bra she'd be really attractive.  And she throws more ball than most guys.

Wow, that first woman, SHE's GOT MY BALL! Not literally, but it's called absolute power (american brand) i swear it looks like mine, it's really good, i'm a two handed player and can hook that beast from the edge of the gutter to sweet spot very close to the pins, i love that ball is all that i'm saying! Oh, and the girls too lol.

i was upset because these are my 2 favorite female bowlers, and neither of them were in the top 5 seeds of 2008 queens. I would have also liked to see dorin-ballard and shannon pluhowsky. but i'm still very happy for lynda barnes!
