@coooooolio666 yes! They do! There are different kinds of extension tubes. Cheaper ones will not be able to pass autofocus and distance information from the lens to the camera, but with macro shots, you should find yourself using manual focus anyway, so it's not a big deal. More expensive ones should pass all of that information, and allow you to use autofocus. You might want to bring your equipment and test them in store when you buy :-) Good luck! :-D
