When Mayweather decided to pay penalty money for weighing 146 instead of 144 he made the right decision. Not only was he strong he made marquez look weak. Dela Hoya was wasted when he faced Manny. Now here's Cotto and he looks just as wasted as Dela Hoya did. If Manny is so good why can't he just fight at the 147 pound real welter weight?
