Thank you SO MUCH for making this review! Blood is and always will be my favorite game ever. The LAN parties we had with it are some of the best memories I have of growing up and I still play it to this day. Glad to hear you got to enjoy it as a kid too.

Your also forgetting a source port that's soon going to support Build Engine games (well 2 of em) 1 is Blood and 2 is Outlaws called the XL Engine (Which currently runs Star Wars:Dark Forces and Elderscrolls:Daggerfall

My favorite FPS of all time. There's a TC in the works by m210 that's showing a lot of progress. And so hopefully soon, we'll finally have an Open Source version of Blood.

good to see this still has a following, i play daily, and have since i was 14. i am a hardcore id fanatic, but this is so much funnier, better and more challenging. the only thing i don't understand, you say you couldnt buy a full copy because of your age back then, but back then no one checked your age when buying videogames...whats up with that ?

@BeyondNecroDome I remember someone giving me grief for wanting to rent MK (when it was originally released)...bleh! but my dad came down and told them he didnt mind! no problemos after that. it's also funny that my mom let me rent halloween 5 when i was super young at the same store hehe. the rating systems are annoying...i am no serial killer or violent person of any degree! anyhoot - some stores cared others did not.
