  • She clearly has no clue whatsoever! Why is she giving advice on something pretty specialised! The fact that she's an RN doesn't mean much in the context of what she's saying ..."Once they've like cleared up the infection.. then a vascular surgeon..." Vascular surgeon? For Fistula-in-ano? Don't think so! She's be better off talking about Sitz baths, pics of Setons etc. Rant over!!

  • @ukcolorectalsurgeon She didn't even bother defining what a fistula is and what types she's going to talk about! Really not clear or structured! Nurses should stick to nursing rather than playing surgeon when they clearly haven't the foggiest! This esoteric field is a mystery to most general physicians/family physicians let alone allied health staff. The surgisis clip on YouTube is a good explanation for patients as is (surprisingly!) the wikipedia information.

  • I think there is out there some stuff that people don't know about - Difference people doing difference things - Lethally I knows that in the neighborhood some Organize-Crime doing experiments on people without them knowing it and the reason I'm saying it it's because I never never in my life felt those symptoms - They killing us slowly-slowly - with Direct Energy Weapon(DEW) and with DIrect Radiations.

  • Part4:

I did not get this looked at properly in 2005 out of vanity. I felt this was the most embarrasing thing I have ever encountered, and thought I could get it healed by just keeping it clean. Instead it has transformed into something that, if it ruptures into the anal canal can become dangerous.

Surgeons have not looked at it yet, but they will soon. So this is one of those times when you drop your vanity..and get it fixed...before it gets too bad.

  • Part3:

    ...and almost impossible to "empty"..

have also had bleedings lately, which indicates to me that something gotta be done with it. I have been to a specialist since my doc thought i was a Sacral Cyste, but the specialist changed that to be a "perianal fistual" diagnosis..and have signed me up with one of the major hospitals for treatment.

Just wanted to tell my story, and advise people to NOT do as I did.

  • Good video. I have a so called "perianal fistula" according to the message i got. It started with a pulled out hair, resulting in an infected hair sac, and it filled with to the size of a man's closed fist. Evenetually i went to the hospital and they had to drain it. At this stage it was like a big zip. My sister helped clean it over christmass(this was dec 2004). I got a seaten in it, which she replaced everytime she flushed it with sterile water. (my sister is a nurse, hence why she did it).

  • hi I have a cuestion.

It is save or a doctor should make me the piercing?

  • thank you
