Hi I love your videos!!! And your voice is awesome btw! I DLed your books from the college website, but its asks for my username & password; when I press cancel it opens the books in Excel style but on my Internet Explorer... I assume thats the point but it sucks... I have no buttons (ribbons?) to follow along with? Am I doning somwthing wrong?

Dear AMLloyd,

Oh, ya, did you click Open or Save when you tried to download it? If you click Save it should work (BTW, it is 30 MB becasue it 144 pages with mostly pictures); if you click Open it asks for a password if you try to save it.
