    If you're REALLY worried that much about ramen then don't use the dang seasonings.

    and a salad doesn't have that many calories!

    lettuce itself (3 cups) is only 70 calories (or a little more depending on brand) and I don't think anyone is going to use a whole 1/4 cup of cheese. That's a LOT of cheese.

    all these meals have EMPTY calories. -_- except the salad.

  • Yes, but food is more than just calories to burn. It's all different kinds of carbohydrates, peptides, lipids, minerals, etc.

    What comprises those calories is what determines your state of health. Yes, you can eat a cheesecake and burn it off. But it is still a cheesecake. And it does stress the body.

    It, and foods like it will lead to heart disease and diabetes if eaten regularly. No matter whether you burn it off.
