Yeah, at a time of this recession, workers on a walkout. It doesn't take a CPA to figure this won't happen. When American worker's START taking pride in what they do and stop crying over every little thing or suing for a few bucks, then American companies will start to prosper. Until then, will see a lot more American companies go down or overseas.

The company split into two basically. The side of GM with the debt was removed and the other side...the profitable GM was created.
