Hi, I'm a father of 3 children ages 15, 13, & 9. Every day they would tell me & my wife how they want to help us out financially despite how young they are,because they see how hard we work to have a decent living. your desire for her to stay unkown is understandable but selfish. She obviously wants to make it big so she can share her music. Its a gift she shares for all of us, not property meant to keep for yourselves. You ought to consider her struggle and dedication to her art. At least thats my outlook on her "not making it big"

@jacobfowler10 what are you talking about? dont tell the teenagers here (me too) that her music is too complex, because, my friend, its NOT, and she was brought out through the youtube community BECAUSE of us "teenagers" checking out her videos .. she's probly one of my favorite artists and i'll continue to support her , wherever in the popular culture she goes

@jacobfowler10 ok well youtube is how she got started... and mostly teens found her and checked out her videos... i'm a teensger and i have liked her since she started... way before i was a teenager.... oh and i dont know of any adults that like her, yet i know like 100 people only at my school that like her... sorry if thats too complex for you

I kind of have to agree, although i do love the lyrics. they are rather unique buut the style yes kind of does get a teensy bit boring.

I feel kinda crap for saying this, but I don't actually like this song, I think its bland and uninteresting. Loads of other singers have song the same or simular lines 100 times before. All this song makes me feel is regret, for listening to it. (P.s. Im not a disliker)

@owlystar you know what? if im honest, i dont want it to. i dont want christina perri to be famous, and I know this sounds stupid but if she becomes famous, then so many people will know her and like her that she wont be unique or special anymore. I want her to be unknown, it feels like she is ours, our little beautiful talented amazing singing angel. If only she would stop getting more and more famous, I don't want her to turn to the bad side of modern music. :'(

I dunno if this makes sense, but, I really love that Christina Perri isn't famous, it sorta feels like us few people have a special possession, a secret wonder, that I want no one else to know about, so it's just mine. We should be proud of Christina Perri, and keep her our little secret :)
