Hi!

I don't know if it's recommended, but I use MAC Blackground as a primer for my eyepencil in my waterline :3 It's the only way I can get it to stay :D

Hey! Thanks! My thoughts on that is...if you don't have sensitive eyes, you should be fine...I have used lipliners around my eyes because I know what my limits are when it comes to my eyes. I suppose it would be a person by person basis! Thanks for the reccommendation tho! I just ordered that PP and will certainly try it! I had just noticed how flawless your waterline always seems to look and wanted to acheive that myself! :)
