It's that time of year where I wished I lived in the Philippines again. You can't beat us Filipino's Christmas. It is one of a kind and the happiest place to be in. Hopefully I can go back for Christmas someday.

Thanks for this video. It's been 10 agonizing years since I spent the holidays in manila. I grew up in QC and having seen this video of yours brings a lot of joyful mem'ries and made me felt the Christmas spirit back home a bit. I really miss the lanterns and lights that make the occasion more meaningful. But, I think the people that surround these ornaments are the ones that give life to the spirit of Christmas. This is what the States do not have, in addition to the bitter winter in Chicago.

I'm planning again to spend Christmas and New Year's Eve in Manila in 2010. Very good video. As a kid growing up in Manila in 70s and 80s, the most memeorable Christmas experience is the Simbang Gabi, School Christmas Party (Aquinas School, San Juan and Sta Mesa Parochial School) and, of course, the COD Christmas program in Cubao.
