  • HALDIR!!!!!!!

  • Damn you, Haldir...You just HAD to die...*Cries*

  • The haunting voices just make this masterpiece!

  • OMG!! People stop guessing what instruments are playing! I've trained my ears for about 2 yrs now to know which instrument is which, and just from listening to this I can tell It's ALL of the low brass. The video of the concert also stands along side my side:)

P.S. There may be more, but I'd have to listen in,...there could perhaps be a few basses, cellos, and a bassoon or two.

  • There will be no dawn... for men.

  • the horn of helm hammerhand shall sound in the deep.. ONE LAST TIME!!!!

fel deeds awake, now for wrath, now for ruin, and a red dawn!!!! FORTH EORLINGAS!!!!!

  • This is the part with the March of the Ents, right?

  • hello im french !!! hum 1 min 20 second the BADASS THEME just this !!! you ave a video???

  • @raphboule97 J'ai rien compris à ce que tu viens de dire, dis-le moi en Français je te trad si tu veux :)

  • From the begining to the very end, it sends shivers up my spine...

And not just the music, but the entire trilogy.

  • They're taking the hobbits to Isengard

  • Haldir! Ents are marching to war! Destory the dam relese the river!

    Moments with the music

  • love that part at 2:58.....

  • como se chama a musica que toca aos 3 min e 30s ? por favor me ajudem

  • Frodo!...

  • ISENGARD RULES

  • poor haldir :(

  • I wish there was one more lord of the rings movie :(

  • @117425yt How about two Hobbit movies instead? WOOOOO!!!!!!!

  • @aftrFX Mega-movie marathon, for the win? I'll visit whatever theater does all 5 in order (animated hobbit first) a dozen times.

  • @Ender231 well if youre counting the animated hobbit, there's six movies haha. The Hobbit animated, The Hobbit part 1 (2012), The Hobbit part 2 (2013), and the three LOTR movies

  • @aftrFX They're cutting the Hobbit into two parts, but they didn't for the three LOTR books? That's hard to believe... Such a shame the world has to end before the movie does.

  • @Ender231 im guessing its for the money, but I like having it in two parts because that means there's more to watch! AND IM FREAKING EXCITED OUT OF MY MIND AUAAHUGHAUGHAUGHUAH

  • @Ender231 they are cutting the hobbit in two parts, because the hobbit(book) was much faster paced then the trilogy, and it has a lot more in it.

  • @aftrFX

There was also an animated LOTR movie, a couple decades ago. (See Wikipedia.)

I never watched that one, though.

  • @DeathNote123Fan And one for The Hobbit :) I had it, but it disappeared...

  • Aragorn: Ride out with me? Ride out and meet them! Theoden: For Death and glory. Aragorn: For Rohan. For your people.

Theoden: THE HORN OF HELM HAMMERHAND SHALL SOUND IN THE DEEP, ONE LAST TIME!!.FORTH EORLINGAS!!!

  • @U2fanBoy100 copier D:

  • treebeard": break the dam! RELLLEAAASSEE THE RIVERRRRRR!"

  • Treebeard: Hroom, hm, come, my friends. The Ents are going to war. It is likely that we go to our doom. The last march of the Ents.

  • "That they withdraw!"

"It is necessary to beat a retreat! There is a breach in the fortress!" TAAAADADAAAAAAAAAAAAAAM TATAAAADAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

    *uruks are hungry*

"Aragorn bring out you men from there!"

    " HALDIIIIIIRRRRR "

  • THE LAST MARCH OF THE ENTS!

  • HALLDIIIIIIRRRRR

  • THATS IT screw video games i'm watching lotr 1, 2 and 3 for the rest of my life!

  • Metin etki tepki ver!!!

  • Just when Im on the train, going to my univercity when I have an important exam, I listen to the bit that starts on 2:13 on my Ipod, I say to myself, IM going towar even if It means my terrible destiny

  • Haldir never died at Helm's deep, there were never any elves there, though Haldir did participate in three separate defenses of Lothlorien (all of which were successful). It is presumed he passed through to the undying lands after the war.

  • @Robofish12 Dude this is the MOVIE. Not the book.

  • @Robofish12 but it was still something sad but neat about the movie. why did Peter Jackson put Haldir there?

  • 2:58.... i jizzed.

  • the twenty three orcs who disliked this video were washed away by the Isengard dam.

  • The green wand of liking beckons all!

  • Haldir!

  • @mniyad OMG! You're referring to the movies :O

    Burn him!

    :D

  • @SchergeSatans LOL, Well it actually is the part where Haldir is killed. I've never read the books except for the 1st one (if that's what your talking about) :)

  • @mniyad The elves never fought at Helms deep, you know :)

(at least not in the books, they changed that for the movies)

  • @SchergeSatans Really! I didn't know! Oh well, i think its better for the elves to fight in helmsdeep, because Haldir death was really sad snd displayed excellently. How did Haldir die in the books then?

  • @SchergeSatans He doesn't die. I think he meets Aragorn and the Hobbits on their way to Rivendell, but there is no Battle with elves in lotr, Rohan fights alone in helms deep :)

  • @SchergeSatans No, you're thinking of Glorfindel. Haldir meets them as they enter Lothlorien.

  • @malivaster yes, you're right :)

  • The last march of the ents.

  • There are 23 orcs here

  • Almost every song... Gives me chills... Good chills :D

  • Last March of the Ents :'( EPIC!!!!!

  • @Orodreth1990

I can't think of this part in the book without tearing up ..

  • @mathewleemeixner You made my day. :))

  • Break the dam! RELEASE THE RIVER!

One of the only times an environmental message has been awesome in a film.

  • @Videot01

  • "HAAAALDIIIIR"

  • Comment removed

  • Haldir Death :(

  • 23 people are Uruk.

  • @EmpireofTim

23 orcs who wish to be uruk-hai

  • 22 people knew haldir personally... ARAGORN IS AMONG US PEOPLE!

  • There is no curse in Elvish, Entish, or the tongues of Men, for this treachery. My business is with this video tonight-with a comment and a thumbs up.

  • (PART TWO that I'd seen fall. That must be why all of the lords of the Dunedain were fostered in Elrond's halls; they were his distant nephews.

  • @MeapyMeaps Yea, the only thing is that, in the movies they wanted to make Elrond a bit more desperate, which is why he seems to not like Aragorn as much, in the books this is very different. And yes, Elrond is epic. And I must admit, I lost lotsa respect for Saurons physical might after I read is lore, but Im extremely impressed with his real talents ;p

  • It's not even Arwen's grandfather. Galadriel is Arwen's grandmother; she is distantly related to Luthien Tinuviel through her father, Elrond. Elrond's brother Elros chose a mortal life, and became the first king of Numenor...

It's amazing. all that Elrond has seen. He's probably seen Valar! He knew Numenor in her glory days, and knew Ar-Pharazon...

:'( No wonder he's seriously stern. And discriminatory towards Men. I'd be a bit snippy if my daughter's suitor was the heir to a kingdom (PART ONE

  • Isn't that the music of when the Ents take control of Isengard? im all mixed up :S

  • 2:58 epicness

  • 1:21 needs to be longer...

  • Haldir :'( *sniff*

  • Where i can download the mp3? :)

  • When I hear that track, what I instantly think is ... " MUAHAHAHAHA KILL ALL THE ENNEMIES "

  • 1:53 "They've broken through! Retreat! RETREEEEAAAATT!!

  • oooohhhh how would i wish i have won something and could come to the making of every composition of each LOTR live

  • This song at the begining make me sad for Haldir, and happy for the end ... :(

  • Does anybody know if there is another piece of music from the films which has more of the singing from 2:58 - 3:16 ?

  • @lookeastwards --> On the Soundtrack there is also the song "A knife in the dark" with similar singing

  • 3:00 makes me DAMN proud to be a human being. Well, hey, LOTR itself makes me proud to be a human being, but this especially.

  • I LOVE THIS

  • 3:00 ... i must see lotr films again !

  • Ent's March !! Barroom Barroom !!

  • Limited to 360p for your own safety.

  • @dr34mv3iL why safty??

    is danger?!?

  • @adequatejeans90 You'd puke rainbows if there was a 720p and even worse, your head would probably explode from the amount of epicnes if there was a 1080p. So I guess we should all be glad it stops at 360p. (;

  • awevo,, la marcha de los ents

  • Howard Shore, you are the best.

  • 1:18

  • 21 people are from Mordor.

  • 2.19 last march of the ents have begun

  • The drop at 1:20 made my cat explode

  • OMG, I just can't wait for the Hobbit when I hear this!! :D

  • Sad how all those beautiful Elves with still uh, 3000 years ahead of them die like that. *sniff*

  • @mrAZcardinal 3000 years ? They are immortal even if they had not seen the light of the Two Trees in Valinor.

  • @mrAZcardinal They died honourbly.

  • @mrAZcardinal I thought their long lives were tied to the fate of Galadriel's ring, which in turn was powerless when the One Ring was destroyed. They were going to die anyways

  • @shady1630 Oh no! immortality was given to them by Ilúvatar, the supreme god of elves and men and creator of the universe. It can not be taken away, or given to anyone else.

(Half-elfs were an exception, they could choose between immortal and mortal lives.

Like Elrond chose to be elf, but his brother chose to be human, and became the first king of Númenor)

  • @Vampirewolfking So does that mean Aragorn and Arwen are distantly related? woah...

  • @Thandiel3791 Yep. Arwens grandfather is Aragorns ancestor.

  • @Thandiel3791 Distantly enough that it isn't gross.

  • @mrAZcardinal to a brutal Urk Hai sword in the back >:D

  • @mrAZcardinal They just go to the Halls of Mandos All Elves stay in middle earth. Valinor to be precise. Waiting for Dagor Dagorath and the second music of the ainur (:

  • @Julius55555 wow not alot of people know that im glad to see another true tolkanite

  • 2:58 Al fin llego el dia, en que nuestras espadas se uniran, no por furia, no por ruina, llegó el dia rojo! -- Theoden.

  • this song plays when i masturbate

  • @TheFearlessGFX I... dont know what to answer to the awesomeness of that comment!

    Well done!

  • 20 people think Saruman is the hero of the film.

  • 1:20

  • 2:58

  • BARUM

  • There is no dawn for men.

  • @PaladinPower811

haha, everyone is posting nice quotes and you post "There is no dawn for men", why??

  • Fell deeds await. Now for wrath, now for ruin, and the RED DAWN!

  • @behrooz4 Wrong song, bud.

  • @jumboMIDGET Dude this is Theoden's quote in the movie before he charges. And the soundtrack does match with his speech starting at 2:20. Although I'm not sure if it's "await" or "awake."

  • @behrooz4 I believe the Ent's march towards Isengard plays the same piece starting at 2:20? No hate on previous comment. Figured maybe you got the two charges mixed up?

  • @jumboMIDGET Ahh yes. You are right. I think the soundtrack starting at 2:20 matches Theoden's speech when he and Aragorn are talking...then for the charge and Eomer's rescue it switches over to "Forth Eorlingas." Ugh now I feel stupid

  • "No! What are you doing?! Raaaaaah raaaaah"

  • Haldir's death was disturbing.

  • trololololol you guys are funny. i kno who gandalf is. ive had all the movies since they came out, in a shiny 4 disk per movie set

  • @zombiekillar1234 die u troll scumbag and you troll friends terrorist supporter

  • @sdgsdgsdgsd3 XD terrorist? i didnt know they liked LOTR!

  • What a magnificent piece

  • @zombiekillar1234 It's not Dumbledore, it's GANDALF the GREY! :D Who later becomes Gandalf the White

  • i love the part where dubledoor says "thou shalt not pass"

  • @zombiekillar1234

How dare you mix up Lord of the Rings with Hairy Pothead?

  • @zombiekillar1234 And besides, it's Dumbledork, not dubledoor.

  • @zombiekillar1234 OMG PMSL!

  • @zombiekillar1234 Gandalf , not dumbledore

  • @zombiekillar1234:.......u fucking bastard i hope u die

  • @zombiekillar1234 :| can't believe how you find such extraordinary trollbait...

  • I love Saruman's face in this part.

  • Harrpy Potter is garbage. I could take a shit and call that a masterpiece, thats the closest thing i can think of to compare to Harry Potter. Lord of the Rings is amazing. The closest thing to describe it is soothing to your soul. Just listen to this masterpiece Howard Shore composed it.

  • @pdunne101 Are you serious? Harry Potter is garbage? then you must have not read the books or watched any movies with the kind consideration of changing your mind. HP has an amaizing story. lord of the rings has a bit better of one but still they both are masterpieces.

  • @iamSnip3rOne I have to admit that LoTR wins in the movie competition. The last good HP movie was 4

  • @Supermariofan14 naw..they are all good but heave out a few parts that should be there. Lord of the Rings is more complete and has a better visual experience but they both are very good series.

  • @Supermariofan14 lord of the rings is definately better but all of the harry potter movies are also well made and good.

  • @pdunne101 Never heard of Harrpy Potter. But ive heard of Harry Potter and thats Fantastic

  • Epic Tuba is EPIC!!! 1:20 - 1:38

  • @grimreapper Those were actually MOSTLY TROMBONES....but i can understand if you didn't know. I've trained my ears to listen to the different instruments of the world, and i'm only 15!! I can hear a Bassoon in a band playing FF!!
