I would greatly appreciate the Constitutional clause that addresses a "right to privacy." And let's not get caught up with personal interpretations. Either the phrase "right to privacy" exists and addresses some putative shield from the government's prying into your life or it doesn't.

Corporal punishment for thought-crime is an imbalanced punishment, no different from the killings in the name of Islam you see today. If America were a theocracy rather than a democracy/republic/what have you, you'd have this behavior.

We need thousands of videos like these. Then the U.S. government needs to make a new law that says anyone who threatens a person like this who is exercising his/her 1st Amendment rights and is convicted will receive a LIFE sentence with hard labor. If someone physically attacks such a person, they will be summarily executed. Any imam who incites his mosque over these burnings will be deported and the mosque permanently closed and razed, i.e. torn down.
