This is a great drill for self defense... As a man, I am always worried about what to do if someone grabs my shirt. I think I would break their arm, yes thats the what I would do. Do you have any moves that show how to defend a scratch or a slap? I need to get better at beating my wife, lol.

most of the locks they teach hurt if they put it on right, its funny tho
