moondogs? exelent shop, also along the road from there was a shop called fine english weather music! great days.
was the orignal orignally released on idlans? i dont think so. islandi am sure was created in early 70s? though i gues you mean iot was islands orignal RE-ISSUE?
manor park is kinda in east ham if you know wot i mean its the other end of the high street.think it kinda transformed into the elvis shop we used to hang around there when we were teds
bmxs dad says great post had this years ago/some other tracks i have owened but cant find on utube, someone some where must have, vim vam vamoose artist?or stop, artist?or a fast version of tom dooley this can out around early1980s bootleg fed records.any way good post.
vim vam vamoose is by bob temple on king & chuck miller on mercury. the tom dooley one you want is likely "tom dooley r&r by curtis hobock. "stop" is by red hot russell.
Does anyone have "Echo Boogie?" I've been looking for it since the '70s. It's amazing but very rare. I think it was by someone named Jorgen Belson or something like that. This is a good vid, thank you.
Another one I had which would be great to hear again was called "It's All Your Fault" by a guy called Farris Wilder. Don't suppose you have a copy of that too do you?
Hi red! That Farris Wilder song is a killer tune,on the HI-Q label. Unfortunately the orig. 45rpm are not in my coll.(yet) But i've got this fantastic tune on a 1970's bootleg compilation LP. It's not my point of meaning to put out reissues/repros here, BUT if you really want to hear this song i will make a rare exception to that, and put this rockin' Wilder song in my videos ?
Please do - it's such a classic - one of the guitar breaks sounds as though the player had wandered into the studio in error and just decided to jam for a few seconds
