    MY source(s)

becoming a personal trainer and health and fitness teacher

  • @talltooth Are you gaining lean or big muscle?

    Big muscle, yes..

Lean muscle, high rep low weight.

  • @talltooth no shit... this video isnt called best leg workout

    MY source(s)

    i fuck your mom

  • @mrphuckbud loolololzol. nou

  • even though you dont go ass to grass thats still great rom

  • props for getting up after that

  • leg press isnt that special of an exersize everyone is naturallly good at the leg press so its not that special of feat

  • Nice legs.

  • Thats impressive.... way impressive... anyone besides me look past when whenever he paused to lol at the guys in the back ground benching 135 and like dropping it into the rack like it was a heavy set after 5 reps? HA or the fat guy with a blonde streak in his hair? lol wat? Anyways that leg press was bad ass way to go!

  • @desmodus95 well the leg press isnt an impressive exersize everyone can do the leg press with relative eas infact studies show that the average adult male can leg press atleast 500 lbs

  • @houseofaction hey dumbass in that same study did they say the average person could knock out 150 reps what an idoit!!!!!!

  • @twinmuscleworkout we are not talking about rebs here we are talking about how impressive it is and no this isnt impressive. infact its rediculous. our bodies are not meant to do such exersizes, high rep exersizes are meant to be done with lower to medium weights for maximum training high weight highreps just injury your muscles and cause them to bulk up that is why body builders are as big as they.

  • @houseofaction the only thing ridiculous here is you :)

  • wow man i know walking after that u wanted to fall over nice work

  • how many plates(45pound plates) do you have to put in order to get 400 pounds?

  • i read someone say that this is only good for endurance. wrong!!!.it builds size also. tom platz use to squat with 225 for 10 minutes and do 315 for sets of 50. he did hundreds of reps and built some of the most impressive legs in the history of bbing. anybody can leg press 1000lbs for 5 or 6 half reps but try doing a set of a hundred..see if you don't puke

  • So, today is May 12, 2011. I've just finished reading all these crazy comments. To those who complimented me, I say, thank you. To the non-believers, I say, thank you. Over the years, GOD has blessed me with good health. I pray that HE continues to remain by my side as I attempt to make a childhood dream a reality when I compete for the prestigious IFBB PRO CARD at the NPC 2011 Master's Nationals in Pittsburgh, July 23, 2011. Look for me in the Heavies! Bless you all and continue to train HARD!

  • thank you for sharing this inspires me

  • for me thats the way a bb legs should look like.... todays bbs legs are way to big...they look like gross to me... good job my friend :) respect ! ;)

  • i'm completely heterosexual but damn you have some nice hamstrings

  • Extremely impressive

Its almost cardio for you lol :D

  • Dude! Omg i tried I got to fifty two stopped got up and fell right back down

  • That sucked worst than anything I've ever experienced in the gym to tell you the truth. When I was done, I thought I broke something in my legs. But, you're right. That shit will bust any plateau!

  • people that hate are obviously ignorant and have no idea how hard this is.. and just to break it down..they dont even understand the difference between 2 reps in a exercise, 10 reps.. 20 reps. and 100 reps or even 150.. and the exponential difficulty it brings..

and i laughed reading a comment down below how someone was talking about how you "lock" your legs and says your going to mess up your knees.. when your clearly NOT locking them... hahaha keep up the good work!! nice video

  • endurance is what's up.

  • Are you Dennis Hopson featured in Musclemag a couple of months ago. Good luck on the national level then. Hope you can become a pro

  • Yes, that was me. I didn't do the Nationals this year (2010) due to injuries and a few personal issues. I will be 40 in January, so I think I'm going to do the Master's Nationals in the Summer time. Thank you for your encouragement. It's very much appreciated.

  • @73Nateman Yes, that's me...the same Dennis Hopson. I'll be fighting for an IFBB Pro Card this July at the NPC Master's Nationals. I turned 40 in January. At the end of the night, they won't know what hit them!

  • how about we see some of these "badass" haters post some videos. Great work man keep up the hard training and follow your dream.

  • Thank you. I appreciate the support.

  • That was just raw... true mental strength. Nice job man!

  • Thats crazy man. That is kick ass. I think most people would have trouble pushing the damn sled 150 fricken times. What is your leg routine?

  • nice job dude, but let me ask you sth: was it you who put big Dennis up there?

  • I max out on 1,080 lbs at 15 reps. I start out with 2-45 lb plates on each side and go up to 12-45 lb plates then I go all the way back down to 2-45 lb. plates. my last set is 2-45 lb plates on each side to failure. I'm 6'/250 lbs. and my legs have always been strong. I play football and it may have to do with my mom being from Hawai'i that my legs are so strong. This guy is destroying his knees by stopping with his legs straight like that.

  • "you gotta make those legs grow man" 150 reps sure as hell wont make em grow.... put some fucking weight on the bar and lower the reps.

  • @DikkeTrip low reps are for bitch high reps are for men! anybody can do 3 to 6 reps but I bet you cant do 85reps with this weight huh!

  • Thanks for the advice. What's your competitive record look like???

  • That's my cousin doing his thing! I used to call him my little cousin but things have changed. I'm showing guys in Saudi Arabia and your videos are pumping them up! Thanks Corrie.

  • Hey Cuz! Do you see some of these crazy comments? ...gotta love people who spend time on laptops as opposed to training. It's all good though. I hope to see you soon. God Bless.

  • Im a lifter myself. Very impressive lift man.

  • who wears khaki shorts to the gym? lol

  • I am 14, weigh 165 and I can do 630 for 200 reps.

  • @nathands Bet u can...

  • thanks for making me feel weak :( lol jk bro nice lift

  • i can load up the machine with 1300 for 8 reps, im 160 knees to chest. This guy could do way more then me im sure

  • LIK>....Your on like a luxury leg press machine..The seat is cool

  • why are so many people hateing on him?

  • Lol...I haven't looked at these comments until now. It's amazing how people can say the most rude things. Nothing I've done has been phony. I guess I just laughed my way onto the NPC National's stage last year too. That's nothing but HARD training. Thank you for your support.

  • @CSHopson on top of that every single crap talker cant do the weight ther making fun of...

  • @CSHopson dude that was pimpin, great use of the rest-pause technique. was this your first excersize of the leg day? i dont imagine you put down 150 reps prefatiged, but i could be wrong. Nothing pumps like a set of high rep leg presses, but ive yet to go over the 25 barrier

  • @StalkinCows they hate because they cant do it them selves

  • @StalkinCows Because it's the internet and that's what it's for hateing on people

  • talk about endurance training , nicely done. you look like a football player , you play?

  • I played HS football, that's it. I compete in the NPC. I'm a National level amateur bodybuilder. In 2009, I placed 8th out of 31 guys.

  • @CSHopson man i've got to say your a big motivator. You use great form don't lift a weight that you sacrifice all form for the weight and when you lift you act like you've been there. Best of luck in your career

  • @CSHopson keep working hard man you inspired me

  • why so many reps?

  • I was just trying something different. Typically, I don't train like this.

  • my man, why so many reps?? i've been bodybuilding for 3 years now and ive never heard of anything like this. im sure you can probably max out at double that weight.. im not trying to be a dick but any advice to help with a better workout im definitly open to. than ks bro, hope to hear from you soon

  • never herd of 100 rep sets? lol

  • is he body building...? i dont think so

  • Yes, I'm a bodybuilder. I placed 8th out of 30 at the 2009 NPC Nationals this past Nov. Look for me in MUSCLEMAG in 2010. I'll be in it a few times.

  • I did this awhile ago. However, I've always believed in muscle confusion. If you attempt something as insane as this, your body will have no choice but to respond. Try it once every 5 or 6 weeks. The pump was CRAAAAZY!!!

  • i hope he doesn't max out at double this weight, I do 900 and i weigh 154. this guy is huge he should be able to do well into 1000

  • My max for 5 reps is 1620 about 3 years ago...probably couldn't do it now. I'm sure I'll get some stupid-ass comments for that amount.

  • just cause that's a huge weight, though maybe not as outrageous as the youtube kids that claim to be 12 years old and have clean and jerks into the 300s

  • @gremlinextreme101

lol people claim to do that?

i'm 14 and got back from the gym today 18 reps ( 6 reps, 3 times)

    with 500

  • @wardog847 People claim to do what?

  • @gremlinextreme101 Doesn't matter just realized which of my comments yours was a response to

  • @CSHopson

no u cant u fake lol jkjkjk

  • @CSHopson good shit, haha. im 16 and 210 pounds and the highest i've gotten is 770

  • @urlacher54ajs i'm 19, 190, got to 1000 for 1 rep though. fuck that, that shit is so bad for the knees.

  • I'm 14 I can do 395lb 100 reps. Is that good for my age?

  • At the age of 14, just going to the gym is impressive. It's a marathon though, not a sprint. Be careful.

  • Yeah I only leg press when I got extra time like maybe once a week?

  • how much you weigh? im 120 and i do 400 lbs. 10 reps. are you doing them legitly

  • i weigh about 195

  • What you see is how I do/ did them.

  • yea thats a good lie for ur age

  • Huh? What the hell did I lie about?

  • You are so full of crap. Theres no way

  • How can I prove that this was legit? I apologize if you think this is fake. It's as real as it gets...and trust me, it hurt like hell! The pump felt almost dangerous.

  • No i know this video is real, you are a tank haha. I was replying to someone elses comment.

  • Friggen horse legs man

  • 400 lbs up this ramp is *only* 280 lbs...BUT 150 reps!!! very impressive!!!

  • This is good to do/ attempt once every 2 months to shock the muscles. It was the most painful burn I've ever experienced. The pump was unreal!

  • 150 reps damn thats hell of an endurance.

  • Impressive, you have some big ass legs man.
