  • You didn't even do any workout for for the back of the shoulders except that last one. Is important to workout equally all the muscles of the shoulders.

  • @aDezenT Bend your torso forward (you look at the floor) holding a dumbell with each hand and pull them up so that your arms form an axis, a line and lower slowly. Try some little different variations of the excersice too, just keep your back pretty straight and cancel any excersice if you feel any bone pain doing it. And work your upper back, too, if you wanna have a strong core and arms.

Also do some rear delt flies because that row @ 4:46 is just going to fuck your joint up.

  • Better off with a couple of push up stands to do those shoulder presses against the wall. You were barely hitting 90 degrees on your reps. Range of motion dude, all the way down.

  • I like the concept of the lateral raise but maybe just do normal sets and use this as a drop set with light enough weight to make it more effective? I will try it though as it looks pretty different.

  • @CescSoler Well..He's not "TELLING" people to do it. Just a suggestion on a different routine for people. Most average people would know better and not do things they can't...just saying.

  • I do four sets of Military press and four sets of seated controlled side raises. Those wall handstand pushups are great, but are advanced. 

  • 1) The way you do the side lateral raises puts too much stress on your elbows; don't do it.

    2) Front rows are not essential in a shoulder workout, they actually work pecs more than shoulders; don't do it.

    3) The way you do the shoulder presses on the ball have no added benefit to your shoulders. In the bottom motion you actually engage your chest a little more, working less of your shoulders; don't do it.

    But hey; do whatever the F you wanna do lol.

    Because that makes you think Jeff actually knows something about all this lol. The dumbbell press indeed is the best way of doing the shoulder press. It keeps your wrist in a safe position and you can control the weight much more easily.

  • @agenthelios1 cardio isnt neccessary. just heavy strength training and no proccessed carbs.. i powerlift twice a week, dont have a strict diet and stay at single digit body fat year round.. lean meat, raw fruits and vegetables.. if it comes in a box or bag, dont eat it.. easy as that.

  • Haa, I at my work ( warehouse) we do push up laying our feet on a chair and hands on 2 bucketts, going all the way down, and use sand bags on the back! haaaa...trapezius with 10 gallon buckets in each hand, use the forklift for alot of stuff too, and some weights, haaa, anything is possible.
