  • Applejack approves.

  • you should not drink all of it at once lol

  • What kind of cloth did you use to press the apple pulp in?

  • you would be the best wood teacher ever judging from you vids

  • What's your process for fermentation? I would LOVE to see a video on that. Thanks so much for all your videos.

  • Is there anything you don't know?!!

  • Do you ferment any of that into hard cider/cider beer?

  • That's what it's all about! Quite good after letting it ferment for three months.

  • @Matthiaswandel

Awesome. I make mead and I was thinking about trying some cider too.

  • @Matthiaswandel oh thank god!. it would have been a shame to waist all that unpasteurized golden liquid on apple juice. Good man.

  • my father-in low used to make a kind of vine surrogate in his basement . He kept that juices in big bottles for a month, than all village was making fiesta..for couple of days..

  • Were do you come up with these ideas, the're all crazy (in a good way). Great job! oh and by the way, if you don't mind me asking, what do you do with the scraps? this is just a suggestion, but you could compost that or you might be able put it in animal feed, but im not sure. Not trying to be a bother or anything. But somehow i also end up being one.

  • I use a garden shredder as a scratter...much quicker!

  • Do you do anything with the pressed apple remains?

  • @skipplet he might sell it to farmers for animal feed

  • If I was there I would drink that entire 5 gallon barrel..

  • ... I would love to see the plans for building the cider press and the racks.

  • He would be awesome at brewing moonshineXD

  • Wow. This is so cool. It's not disgusting at all to me. I definitely like to know where what I eat/drink comes from. And to see it made like that, without the big factory machines, and presumably, without tons of chemicals sprayed on it, makes me smile.

  • dude im lost for words

  • the irony of your wood creation being the demise of the apples is unsurpassable

  • you are a genius

  • I'm super impressed....real ingenuity there .... saw you page on building the grinder and press.... simply awesome. I really want to do this myself this year. I have already spied several apple trees here in my neighborhood and I am planning on knocking on some doors. Best of luck.

  • the info you gave at the end told me that 1 bucket can make around 5.55 litres of cider!

  • made my mouth water!!!!!!

  • You and your machines shall rule the world.

  • Thats the real stuff It will blow your head off.

  • Do you ferment it? Homemade cider can pack quite a kick!

  • I have two things to say about this guy:

1.Woodwork, Music AND apple Cider?!!? You must be smarter than Einstein!

2.Well now you have an endless supply of apple cider!

  • That is so awesome...

  • @samkelly1045

it depends if you speak of human food, because there is a lot of bacteria that can digest and "eat" cellulose

  • COOL!!!! a very creative mind, indeed creative!! APPLE PATTY residue? XD HAHHA

  • That's awesome.

  • dang man, does your poor mind ever rest? you are pretty diverse in your creations which makes you site interesting why i enjoy revisiting. thanks. keep it up.

  • @carvingmadness Agreed. I love how every task he does he's using some kind of wooden creation.

  • @carvingmadness, i do totally agree with you!

this video was the video which guided me to this channel, and after i checked a couple other videos, i did hit the sub-button without thinking twice!

    absolut good stuff here!

  • where did you get 45 buckets of apples

  • on his site he says they get them from abandoned farms and the apples are wild

  • @kubbur87 lol good question

  • Now let that ferment a little and we can have ourselves a PARTY!

  • well now i know how apple cider is made XD

  • you deserve some sort of prize for all of your cool inventions

  • Yum, if those green bits were taken out, I would drink that.

  • i think that's what he did in that last filtration process.

  • pneumatic press would probably help you get a higher yield out of your apple guts.

3 ton bottle jack can't compete with a 23 ton die press :P they come pretty cheap to at about 400$.

bet your juice tastes better then anything you could buy from the store.

  • i need to do this, i love cider

  • *got alcohol poisoning from some scrumpy 8%

  • Is there anything you can't make out of wood?

    Answer: no

  • @rseasmith yeah you can't make a glass eye

  • you could grow a bunch of apple trees, and get a business going!

  • *build some out of wood

  • and then you can use the leftover apple pieces as fertilizer!

  • Can you sell them on somthing? I want one.

  • Yummmmmm =]

  • any1 up for some apple paties? 1:42

  • You left NOTHING left in those apples.

  • Is there anything you cant make???

  • fun you really got all the juice out of those apples better than having to beat the apples with mallets like on that chef's vs city show.

  • can i get one :D so i can make apple cider :D

  • Kind of looks disgusting actually. Impressive though.

  • Yeah, not for people who don't like to know where the food comes from.

  • what are you gonna do with all that cider?

so much cider! you should definitely sell a portion youd make a lot!

  • I looked at your web page where you describe how you made the grinder. Brilliant! Some people also have used a clean stainless steel garbage disposal to grind apples.

  • Jeez... That's a lot of cider O_O
