Hi Todd - thanks for the EP, it is brilliant. I've entered my ever-so humble Folk Uke Extravaganza entry. A tune from an old Scottish ballad called Drowned Lovers or Clyde Waters dating from about 1650 - just a bit before 1964 then! Unfortunately I can't sing like you but I can but try. I'm in, too. Unfortunately, my first choice was by the magnificent Ella Jenkins and was recorded in 1966. I do have a different idea and will have to do some digging to find all the chords and lyrics. This is gonna be fun!

OK I stewed and came up with a kids song that was popular in the UK in the 50's although it was originally written in 1907.

Remember that Kevin Costner movie "dancing with wolves" well this is more like "dancing with teddy bears" but to a latino beat:-)

Matthew.....i don't know if you're overseas still, but the new mahalo sparkly ukes with 'nu-bone' nut and saddle are going for like 30 or 40 bucks and they sound decent.....it is a 'uke-ccentric' contest...i'd love to have you enter...or even see you get a uke and start posting with it ha ha :)
