  • I'm not even catholic, but this song is beautifull. May God bless you all! :)

  • Is it to much to ask people remember we are all children of God?

  • One thing Christians forget and myself included Christ said, ''Do not judge, for the measure you give shall also be the measure you receive''

''He who condemns another has already condemned himself' "

''Pull the beam out of your own eye before you remove the speck in your Brothers''

This video clearly shows the gospel being put into practice.

  • The picture with the Pope and the Koala bear was cute!

  • some people take good pictures and some don't :) maybe the pope was cought in a wrong moment!

  • John Paul II looks like a heretic in these pictures

  • 0:38, you got admit catholics, that is a creepy picture.

  • @eafanboyssuck Yeah kinda but to know what actually is going on their allows you to say past what the picture actually shows and what it represents. The world giving charity to the poor.

  • To suggest that the Blessed John Paul II, the Dali Lama, Nelson Mandela are not the epitome of what we should emulate is fullish talk. None of these men share the same faith but they do share the same ideals which is manifest in God. I have very dear friends that are Muslim and we too see our common goal.

  • I was reading what you wrote and felt like i have done it.

You are so bless . You said everething. That's all.

    God bless for these words.

  • "The greatest of these (Faith love charity) is love" "A most excellent way" Corth 13

God loves Catholic's, God loves Muslims, God loves.... John-"God is love"

  • This is a moving video. As a new Catholic, I also love the video I have cited below. Please check it out too.

One Bread, One Body - Sing along by selma576

  • I am Catholic this is a great video. We are all Gods children I was not born Catholic but I found God through the church. Denominations just split us but we must all remember its just a label. We are all Christians and one day hope to be in a better place. We are all different in our ways but on different paths trying to get to the same place. May God bless and protect everyone because we all sin and are imperfect.

  • you should not have used the picture in 0:33, it looks really scary lol

  • Hey I'm Lutheran and we use this in our church and I'm a fan...plus I have a soft spot in my heart for the UMC and they use it as well...whatever the case, it is a meaningful hymn...and this is a wonderful organ/string combo.

  • Thank you for allowing the comments to be open, so the Christian truths could be told. God Bless You.

  • aw this is a cool video

  • This is a beautiful song. I was raised Protestant (Baptist) and told often how "wrong" the Catholics were, but never was offered any evidence. I bought the Catechism book and read it. Surprise, it teaches the same things the Protestants learn. We really are all one in the Lord Jesus Christ. You just have to "do your homework" instead of listening to spiritual gossip. We do beleive the same things. And all those who are not Christians are loved by God as well.Blessings!

  • Lovely video! As to all the proof-texting pharisees arguing in the comments, well I doubt that anyone could be farther away from knowledge of God and a life filled with the love of God through Jesus Christ his son through the Holy Spirit. May they one day find the peace that passes all understanding that will allow them to free themselves of the burden of setting themselves up to be the judge and jury of who God loves and who God “saves”. They don’t know. They aren’t God.

  • I'm so glad the uploader of this video takes into account the children and the sick. I think you are such a kind man, full of goodness. I'm sure God will reward you. You are so beautiful inside.

  • Reflecting on the comments left here at Christmas, by those claiming Christianity who so strongly condem others who do not know or share the Christian faith...I find a great paradox. At Christmas we Christains celebrate the birth of Jesus, who came for all men. If you are visiting here and do not know Jesus, watch my video and know that as Christians we believe we will be judged according to love, not hate as expressed in many of these comments. I leave them so that you might know the difference

  • I can't say that I go to church but I am a born catholic/christian who grew up in a catholic school. Although over the years things weren't going for me I was in bad health and everything seems like the only thing that saved me was praying in my own bed to get better and be smarter for a 2nd chance. And I thank the lord for helping me survive so far and for letting me breathe everyday. We are never alone we always have god's spirit within in us along with our love ones.

  • What did He tell us? "I will send you a Comforter"...

This song makes me think of that, and I read the Gospel of John and see where He washed the feet...

...and it overwhelms me with amazement.

  • 00:45-00:57 i love the pope cuddling the panda bear...

  • @noleyplatz Yes the Holy Mass is a great gift and we should share that gift with those who do not know Jesus. That said don't forget Matthew 22 - Jesus tells us to "love your neighbor as yourself" . This is an unconditional statement. This is the love that Mother Teresa demonstrated in our own time. Did she convert the poor to Christianity - no - did she love them as Jesus commanded - Yes. This is also the love we should have for those who do nto share our faith.

  • Is it just me or is this the best Catholic hymn?

  • Oh how i miss Pope John Paul II. He was a good man, and is sitting in Heaven next to Jesus right now praying for the world.

  • @ilvjackson - Agree with you, miss him very much and the peace that he brought to all. May he continue to Bless us all from Heaven above.

  • Beautiful vid, lovely to see Pope John Paul II,,,,,,,,,,

  • Beautiful music. Thanks adding to Youtube. Very inspirational and helpful throughout the day.

  • I love the picture of the Pope and the Dalai lama together.

  • AMEN AMEN :)

we must pray together as Jesus prayed to the Father " May they be all one" (John 17:21)

WE ARE ALL ONE BODY IN CHRIST :)

    GODBLESS

    from: Philippines

  • We seek not more followers, but lovers of the love Christ gave us. That's all. Peace! I hopd this helps to stop the hurting and brings LOVE! That's what Jesus gave, and that't what I hope to pass on.

  • Thanks for uploading this, it's beautiful. If you like sacred music, you might like to hear my own piano composition "Deo Omnis Gloria" which is inspired by the Holy Mass (click on my name and go to Part 5 of my video). Thanks again and God bless. Chris

  • thank u... we cud c our beloved papa again....

  • This was sung at a funeral we had today for a friend that passed away. I never really had a problem with this song, there really isn't anything wrong with it. I don't know why some do not like it.

  • Absolutely beautiful Catholic hymn. Thank you for posting :)

  • I am with you on that!!!

  • @stybarrow I have noticed these attacks on the Catholic Church lately and have felt both confused and hurt. I think there's a surge in hatefulness in our country lately and the best we can do as Catholics - all religious people really - is hold fast to our faith and pray for those who are so filled with hate.

  • I enjoyed this very much words cannot describe The love this man had for many people what a true Christian and I am a Baptist but denomination doesn't matter we all are Gods children as Christians...I actually cried when the Pope died...John Paul was the Best the Catholic church ever had may he rest in Peace with our Lord Jesus Christ

  • love you brother

  • The picture at 1:41 is beautiful to me. :)

  • God bless you

  • @Lifeisincredible911 God Bless You & Protect You Too!

  • thank you for this video ! Jesus is Lord forever !

  • where is the recording taken place?

  • who is this priest? many priest adore this song

  • Unfortunately I am not surprised by the number of supposedly religious individuals leaving vile comments about this particular video

To suggest that we are all God's children regardless of the faith we practice enrages those with no real faith.

Before you post something rude here be man enough...or woman enough...to simply leave. Children come here, the sick , those looking for peace. They are not here to read pathetic tirades

    Be respectuful

  • @guarneriviolinaddict I agree, I am Catholic, and I totally agree. we ARE all Gods children. the picture of the dalai lama and the pope is a great picture.

  • @guarneriviolinaddict Thankyou for your wonderful space to listen look and think. Amen to what you say.

  • Thanks for posting this beautiful piece. I love this song and always look forward to this particular version at mass.

  • A reminder that my videos are here so that we might spend a moment with God. Through religious affiliation comes a vast array of views on exactly who God is....and at the moment of death we will know that answer.

I happen to be Roman Catholic by baptism and intellectual choice....but my channel is here for everyone. When a Christian looks in the eyes of a Buddhist, or a Jew, or a Muslim and sees Jesus looking back....we are all one step closer to God

  • @guarneriviolinaddict God bless you let us work together to bring all peoples closeer to God. The fullness of truth is in the Catholic Church and we should not be satisfied that many do not know the real Jesus. It is a command to tell everyone that Jesus loves you! The Gospel!

    Mt:28:19:

19 Going therefore, teach ye all nations: baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost. (DRV)

until Our Blessed Lord returns this is our mission, We are an Apostolic people!

  • @HolyCatholicApostoli - yes and we as Christians must be open to unconditional dialogue with those who do not know Christ. When we love our neighbor unconditionally they see in us the very message of Christ.

Mother Theresa embodied this unconditional love...one can only imagine the number of souls who looked into her eyes as they were dying on the streets or in the shelters in her arms amazed to see Jesus looking back.

  • @guarneriviolinaddict

We must see how the apostles proclaimed the Gospel by word and deed and do the same to all peoples. To those who reject him we are to shake the dust from our feet. We need to respect peoples free will. That is not to say we stop praying for Our Heavenly Father to bestow on them Grace but we should move forward and not let the dust stick to our feet. By Blessed Mother Theresa's actions she was imitating Christ and like her we are to see Christ in all people incl. UNBORN.

  • @guarneriviolinaddict,, We can only see Jesus in the eye's of those who Jesus lives within. Jesus lives within those who believe in Him as the Son of God, have repented of their sins before him, follow him and are born again by the power of the Holy Spirit. Muslims and Jews reject Jesus as the Son of God, as the way, the truth and the life and as the only way to our Father in Heaven. So,,,I'm not sure what you mean.

  • @Rob187ok - imagine yourself in the poorest slums of India among many Hindus, Muslims. Each day you walk past the straving children on your way to work. You never see Jesus among them. And the next day you die and stand before God. And you tell the Lord you have not seen him among the people around you. His answer is - "Amen, I say to you, what you did not do for one of these least ones, you did not do for me. And these will go off to eternal punishment, but the righteous to eternal life."

  • @guarneriviolinaddict ,,, Correct,, I agree. Christians should love everyone. We should also want to tell others about Jesus and how he saves us. I was saying that there's a difference in those who're saved and born of Gods Spirit,, and we can recognise Jesus in those who believe in him. Why would Jesus want us to teach people about Him if he was already living in them? Yes, God created us all,,, but that doesn't mean that we're all aware of who God is. Hindus and Muslims don't look to Jesus.

  • God Bless you....

  • Galatian 3:28 "For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. 28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus"

My friends, when you become born again you take on Christ. As you can see this is what the song explains. We are one through his wonderful grace. We are all children of God and if he could save a old wretch like me he can save anyone. To God be the glory!

  • This is such a beautiful song, was that you performing it?

  • Peter and Pope Paul II are my favorite Popes.

  • Pope John Paul is my favourite, my mother was preganant with me when she met him in bellahouston park Glasgow, i am named after Pope John Paul.

  • I pray for peace in the world. That all may put aside their problems and see the light of God's peace shine through. May god bless us, the people of the future with his grace and his wiseness so we may become what he wishes us to be. and may he hear the other prayers lifted both on this page and y our vallian soldiers in other worlds.

    God bless us all

  • I pray for my wife that she will stop drinking and having phone sex with yahoo sinners. I pray that she finds her way way to the catholic church.....I love her and want to see her healed.....in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord Amen....I love you suzy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I pray for my fellow brother's and sister's in the millitary before and after Navy, Army, Airforce, Marines, and Coast Guard.

  • Although I go often to a Tridentine Latin Mass (with Gregorian Chant etc) this is one of the few Novus Ordo hymms, when played correctly like this, I auctually enjoy singing.

  • Jesus, Mary, I love You, save souls.

May God have mercy on those who suffered due to the typhoon in Phillipines and all sufferers all over the world.

    by: Librado Payusan MSC Seminarian

  • Benedict the XVI will be in Glasgow soon...

  • peter is the rock established by Christ.

  • If you want to know who God is...He said it Himself... He is... "I AM".

    HE IS folks.

Now I have one more thing to say.

My great grandfather said once, "I think when people get to heaven they may be surprised to see just who is and who isn't there." He's had the honor of knowing God's secrets for over 40 earth years now :-)

  • pope John P 2 was a very important fig in catholic history ND SO SHALL HE BE FOREVER

  • I like this Pope better. Better theologian!

  • Hi Randy02116. "...this Pope better.." which one are you refering to ?

  • my assumption would be Pope Benedict XVI, our current Pontiff.

  • Correct..Benedict, I think, is a FAR better theologian than JP2. JP@ had stage presence that's about it

  • Hi Randy02116. Why do you think this Pope ( Ratzinger ) is a far better Theologian ? You say JPII had stage presence and ...nothing else. He ( JPII ) also had an exceptional brian. Not that I know much about brilliance.

  • @morgandrim Agreed. The fact that the man spoke I believe something like 13 languages is a testament to his intelligence. But, most importantly, he had kindness and the light of God in his heart... People can knock on the Catholic church and our Saints, and BVM all they want to, we are not going down!

  • @resarie85

    Amen!

  • not only in catholic history but worls history. AND SHALL HE BE FOREVER.

  • Important figure does no equal important contribution. Stalin was an important historcail fiure as well. JP2 took us off the Vactican II path. JPI should have lived longer.

  • "JP2 took us off the Vatican II path"

    How did he do that?

  • jesus said the father and i are one, john 10:30 when i pray and i say lord, i am praying to the father to the son and to the holys spirit i call them lord, and i agree to you bob waters that jesus is the way the truth and the life no one comes to the father but through me. thank you for the reply

    godbless my brother/sister in christ

  • Lord i pray one day that all your children here on earth well unite , catholic protistant, islam, budish and other religion who believe in you, who worship you lord, because lord you are our creator, lord all of us are worshipping and calling your name whether we are catholic, protestant, islam, buddish we know you are the only one god that we belive and worship

  • Only Christians believe in the Trinune God. And Jesus says that no one comes to the Father except through Him.

May all come to the Father- through Him!

  • Its true that the Holy Catholic Church is the church founded by Christ himself and lead by the sucessors of St.Peter who is the rock upon which are church is built. But I do think that now as Catholics in this day in age we need to try to be more accepting to our protestant brother and sisters because they are a part of christ's church as well and as the song says we are all one in the Lord even those who are not Christians if we all come to realize this then there will truely be peace on earth

  • We will be one when they accept Jesus and His Church but those who reject Him, how can we be one with them?

Read John 6:66 many of his disciples left Jesus and walked with him no longer because they rejected the Truth of the Eucharist. Jesus did not run after them!! but let them go. We to do not run after those who reject the Truth and try to be one with them!

  • But are we not called by Christ to bring those who have turned away back. We are to bring the True Word of God to Every one even those who have already turned away from it. We must try to bring our protestant brothers and sisters back to the real church otherwise we are not living out our calling as followers of Jesus.

  • @HolyCatholicApostoli This sounds like a very anti-Christian thing to say... Jesus Christ died for us to save us from burning... That was where He did not turn away from the lost. But you say, we should leave the non-believers be.... I feel sorry for you and will pray that you find God's light and kindness in your heart...

  • @resarie85

I didn't say let non-believers be, we need to evangelise and love them, pray for them and do penance for them but we cannot participate in their rejection of God's truth. We need to respect their "free will" You need to look and see how the Apostles reacted to rejection of the Gospel and heretical teachers, "Mt:10:14:

And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear your words: going forth out of that house or city shake off the dust from your feet. (DRV)t"

  • Blessed be John Paul II and the holy catholic Church. How many churches do you know that have the saints and can prove that we are indeed the church of Christ. The holy Eucharist alone is a prove of itself the only church that practice such holy act is our holy cathotic church and by the way the pope is not rich we catholic support our pope The apostle Peter was our first pope and anyone can trace our record up to day with Benedict XVI how many churches can do that? AMEN

  • love the lord because he loved us when he died on the crucifix

  • Beautiful.

  • i am a catholic and there's nothing anybody could say to me that would change me. non catholics think the pope is rich, i would say he is rich in the holy spirit. not everyone is poor, the rich should help the poor. to me the pope carries a message. he cant do it all. Jesus couldve ended all the corruption but he left the message for us to take action.the pope, he is our teacher not our savior.he teaches the word of God not is own word and Jesus gave authority to them to interpret the bible.

  • that was well said. I am mostly proud that we as Catholics are from the direct line of Christ. I understand we are all God's children, but there is something about being a direct descendant to St. Peter.

  • @officerhardbody btw John Paul 2 the Great used to sleep on the floor and fast day and night, that's for anyone saying He is rich, and the Vatican had debts this year!

  • @officerhardbody Well said, I am entirely in agreement with you, brilliant comment !

  • true, correct, papal infallibility is only in his teachings since this power came from Christ and not from himself. the pope can sin, he is not preserved from that and that is why he needs our prayers, and just a all religious and the clergy have to be holy, so must we be holy

  • @officerhardbody Well said, I became a catholic at Easter so this is lovely what you have just said, though I don't expect a reply as your last comment was 2 years ago !

  • Beautiful. Thank you for sharing.

  • GREAT VIDEO!!! I MISS POPE JOHN PAUL 11, HE IS INSPIRATION. lIKE JESUS, i love him

  • Comment removed

  • You should be sorry, cause you missed the whole simple truth about God, how He came to earth from above His Throne to be a poor babe, to become the humblest servant of all, only that all of us, yes ...even you... can live in love and peace, rather than where you've chosen to fall off the narrow path....

Jesus wasn't into all that glitters either...

except for a true and loving heart....

and you've thrown it all away based on deceit.

How easy the time satan has with you

  • So very lovely to see Pope John Paul II, I was delighted to see him, I miss him and always will. ...I hope he is made a Saint soon, he was one of the kindest ever to grace this earth

  • Jean Paul was a real saint of our modern world. I lke our new Pope too. he is a veyr educated intelligent man. Nice video

  • Beautiful, used to sing it in school, never here it in mass at my parish today!

  • the catholic church has fallen asleep in these times. all catholics who read this educate yourself on the nwo. your mind will be boggled on learning of the weather altering weapons, robotics, genetics, food and atmosphere poisoning, coputers and hologram machinery that can create illusions in the sky. see my playlist on food and atmosphere poisoning thats on a massive scale. this is no joke. see alex jones speak on these things and pls apply it and make known of it to your catholic leaders.

  • the catholic church must educate itself on the nwo and the current technology in all fields of science in order to prepair the ppl of the things that will come and the things that are being used on them currently. inform yourself. with knowledge makes sense better the things that are going on around you. this battle can only be won by the catholic church.

  • No - - - No Slumber here - Go to Mass my brother/sister !

Receive our Savior ! Peace be with You !

  • War, killing, communism, along with all evil comes from the influence Satan holds against our fallen nature. The theology of salvation is best left for purely theological discussions. Music becomes a bridge between us regardless of our personal or theological ideals. St Augustine reminds us that when we sing we pray twice, and even without words music becomes an unspoken prayer among all of God's children. It is blind to race, creed and gender

  • Ecumenism...can you say all religions are the same despite SALVATION can only be obtained through Catholic Church founded by Christ Himself? That is ONE, HOLY, CATHOLIC, APOSTOLIC? Did Christ found Islam,Buddhist,Hindu to save our souls? If it is true, then why there must be war, killings, communism? May Our Blessed Mother crush all heresies of the world.

  • AMEN ! PEACE be with YOU !

  • I must say, it's one of my favorites.

  • I'm not a confirmed Catholic yet, I listen to these songs all the time, I just love them!! God truly has blessed the Catholic Church with something incredible and I am proud to hold her in my heart.

  • wooow c est tres bonne

  • Very beautiful.. thank you so much

  • something happens to me whenever I hear this song (music). I'm a choir member at my church and I cannot sing this song....words can't come out from my mouth & tears start showing up (like now). on the other hand, JPII's humbleness was just impressive. he was a truly man of God. may God bless him

  • the truth is beautiful. what a gift huh.

last wk in church i could not stop crying. I tried to stop. Many people were crying all around me. The preacher stood up. he was crying hard and struggled to speak.

He seemed in shock. He was trying to tell us he just saw the hands of Jesus appear over people in the church. Everyone was crying...

and this never happens in this small average church. so beautiful. I cry too man. That is a gift to not be lost

  • really!!!!????....it was any special ocassion?. it happened when playing this song??. your church is here in canada??

  • a small church. average sunday. Florida USA.

    Father is good!

  • it looks like the music in performed by a church group (live recorded). I think there should be a credit for them. the performance is not a professional one, but it's really touching. plus, the video images are just perfect for this music. great job!!!...you are communicating with your heart, I can feel it. God bless

  • We are all brothers and sisters, everyone who believes in the God of Love. Dogma is delusion. We are all on the same side in this fight. JPII knew that...let's pray that Benedict XVI remembers it, too. We've come so far...embrace the Brotherhood of man.

  • cathlics arent the only ones who sing this

  • I am catholic. and i love you whoever and whatever you are. God bless you

  • ok but i am saying calthlics arent the only ones who sing this song

  • did i not just say i love you whoever and whatever you are? sing it! God is good.

  • Love it!

  • Absolutely terrific!!

  • THIS is great stuff , you may know that my favourite COMPOES the beloved J s bach as well as being a fine organist also played violen you and me and BACH have one thing in common our love of JESUS, and your dad is now in heaven with BACH

  • One True Church of Jesus Christ on earth.

Faith is a gift of God granted to the children of God irrespective of status.

Blessed be God forever and ever. Amen.

    Thanks for sharing.

    Welldone and God bless †
