Thanks, but the project has been long since abandoned. It took plenty of time just creating the cards (I made about 80-90, completing about half of the Brawl character roster as well).
The plan was to make the game an online flash game. However, the fact that I couldn't test the game with anyone because I couldn't print the cards.

1. Your "cards" are just pictures and text stuck on a plain white background. My 2 year old godson does that all the time with MSPaint (albeit he can't spell anything).
2. There is no structure to the game. Look at any popular TCG and you'll see that the game has to have an in-depth, complicated set of rules.
3. A voice and a single still image does NOT equal a video. A video is, to paraphrase Wikipedia, "...a sequence of still images representing scenes in motion".

What about the possibility that he used a sequence of the same image? It shows motion, but it doesn't LOOK like motion because it's ONE image.
Also, I think what he's doing is a very good idea. I'm actually considering it myself. Yes, the cards could be better, but overall he's got the basic concept down.
I'm betting he shows a very in-depth structure AFTER he creates the cards. After all, cards take longer than structure.
