My cousin was in afghanistan and was with the first to die over there they were his buddies and best friends.I wear red as does every memeber of my family on fridays to show support for the troops. I live in Halifax and take publie transit every day and every friday i see more and more wearing red. Support the troops!!! Thank you for giving me a safe place to live and to raise my son. A friend of mine who served with the Canadians in Afghanistan said they were "a great bunch of guys/gals" and joked about them sneaking Tim Hortons coffee to some of the American soldiers. I don't know if my friend was just telling war stories or if they actually have a Tim Hortons there on base, but either way the stories of this were rather funny what they went through just to get this so-called "Timmy's coffee". It must be darn good coffee!

I'll second that.
